
Welcome to the Techniques and Training subforum. In this area you will find basic tutorials on most parkour techniques, as well as links to tutorials found on other sites. I'd recommend that you visit the Roll Tutorial before you visit any others, especially if you're a beginner.
Now, since we don't have the ability to put our own videos on here (unless someone else here knows how to do that, then I would appreciate this) most of the information here will be articles on training exercises, nutrition and a questions subforum. Here you will be able to talk about the problems you are having and hopefully find the help you need.
Please feel free to make your own threads as long as they are approriate. And remember to be respectful and encouraging to others. Everyone starts out at different paces and trashing on people doesn't help them improve.
Feel free to put your own tutorials on here or make threads with links to tutorials or fitness exercises that you find interesting. But I'd suggest only putting a tutorial on here if you know it, because some people might have questions. If not, that's fine, just make sure to state this in your tutorial.
Also, I don't want to hear any arguments here about whether its a parkour or freerunning move. If you have arguments in that sake, take it to the Discussion Boards.
