Also known as the guy who directed Order of the Pheonix, The Half-blood Prince, and is going to direct The Deathly Hallows.

I can't stand him as a director. OotP was by far my least favorite of the Harry Potter movies. It's like all he focused on was the DA. Which was a nice chunk of the book but not the main thing! Also, the dream Harry had where he was the snake and attacked Mr. Weasly was a key event in the book! It was discussed for a good...three chapters or something. And in the movie, it only got five minutes screen time. :[

I wish Chris Columbus would've directed at least the last movie. He did such a good job with SS and CoS.

I agree with you wholeheartedly! Order of the Phoenix was my least favorite of the Harry Potters. I mean, you go into it knowing that you are going to hate Umbridge, but the directing was awful! I watched it again the other day trying to gear up for 6 and I was just disappointed all over again! I don't know if this is just me or what, but I thought that it was way to jumpy. It felt all over the place and never once did I feel like the movie had a real established flow to it. I understand that he had alot of material to cover, but they could have done better. But then again, it can't all be blamed on him, we must also hate Michael Goldenberg (the screenwriter). I think that the two of them put together just were not a good pair. And thank God they got a new screenwriter for the Half-Blood Prince. Honestly.

I wish they would have done the later movies more in flow with the books. Like I just reread Half Blood Prince and then reseen the movie. It really dissapoints me they didn't do the funeral of Dumbledore. All they had was a ******** wand raising. Weres the white Crypt ingulfing his casket?

Said crypt is popping out of freaking nowhere at the end of Deathly Hallows part 1 of course. Yay continuity! rolleyes

These last 3 movies are definitely my least favourite of all of them

At the end of Deathly Hallows 1 they have Voldemort crack open and steal Dumbledore's wand. Thats the only time you see his casket really, But I did love Deathly Haloows. But Half Blood Prince was really short and not full of the action the earlier movies had in them. Hell the book was more action packed then the movie.
