im a jaguar neko, and the last one. i lost my home, and family when i was 7. i was able to escape. and i am the neko prince, and the last one in line.

I'm a female weretiger neko. I call myself Firetiger. Short orange and white fur with thin black stripes covers my body. I have a pink nose and bright green eyes. I have a gravelly voice and an accent, usually saying things like " 'ya', 'fer', and ' 'bout' ". My teeth are yellow-white and sharp. A tuft of fur (Can't really describe what it's shaped like) sticks out from my forehead, and white whiskers grow from above my lips and eyebrows. I'm about 5' 7" and have a slender build. My tail is a little longer than most weretigers', reaching down to my ankles. (In case you don't know what werecats look like,) I don't have any hair, other than my fur, walk on just my toes, and have retractable claws on my hands and feet. Also, my hands have pink pads on the end of each finger and the palms. I usually wear denim shorts and a sky blue tank top. The left pocket on my shorts has a silver chain. Around my neck, you see a blue ribbon, with a round green jewel. A silver tiger can be seen in the back of it, when the light shines on it in a certain way. I have 3 piercings on each ear, in different shades of blue. A thick, light blue -I really like blue- bracelet, with white spikes, is on my right wrist. I don't know how old I am because I was a loner/rogue for, maybe, a few years, but I appear to be around 15. I grew up in a small village in a forest. Everyone there was some cat-type form of a were, from werecats (domestic cat-types) to werelions. I've never told anyone why I left the village, but it wasn't destroyed and I still think it exists. I can be quick to get mad at others, and if I have a different opinion than someone, I'll usually let them know. I dislike or possibly hate dogs and humans. I love all cat-like species -though I'm still not completely used to talking to them yet-, nature, catnip, drawing, and fooling around. As for more about my personality, and a secret, you'll have to talk to me to find that out.

Tiger form:
My fur and eyes are the same as in my other form, but my claws and teeth are longer. I have no lips, eyebrows, or eyelashes, just like any other tiger. I can't wear clothes in this form, but am still wearing earrings. My normally loose spiked bracelet and necklace barely fit me. I look muscular in this form, but still slender. My voice is slightly deeper. I'm more powerful, at 6ft long from nose to tail tip.

i'm a cross breed neko Named marie who is part wolf and part tiger. that story alittle bit later. my mother was a tiger and my father a wolf. i'm the only one of my kind that i know of. as for my past i don't remember much of it. as how i look i normally wear mandilin dress fishnets and gloves. i love being barefoot. around my neck it a collar with a cross it was a gift from my mother

Hi, I'm Kitirena Koneko of Windurst, but you can call me "Kitirena" (or even "Kiti" or "kitty", if you like). The pic of me is from some time ago, back when I was about 2 or 3 years old (yeah, i know, I don't look it, do I?) and still living full-time in Windurst.

So, you want to know a little about my past? Okay, I was born a small and cute little black kitten:

(Wasn't I cute back then, nyao?) on an uncharted island east of Mindartia*, where my master, the wizard Moreaux, lived pretty much alone except for his pets (including my mama, a really pretty long-furred black and white cat with the prettiest amber eyes) and his magical creations. When I was about six months old, my master decided to change me into the Mithra you see above, changing my whole perspective on life in general. For the next year, he taught me pretty much everything he thought I might need to know, from how to walk on two legs (that was tricky, nyao!) to speaking the common language of Vana'Diel (my homeworld) to magic--including all the little things that you two-leggers take for granted, such as how to use a knife and fork and drink from a goblet. (Sure, it doesn't sound like much of a big deal to you, but for someone who used to walk on four paws and drink my sticking her face in a bowl and licking up the fluid in it, I'm pretty proud of having mastered such things!)

Once he completed my training, he used his magic to send me to the mainland, where I discovered the Federation of Windurst, my first "real" home. I remember how confused and puzzled I was as I entered the city and saw just how big it was--fortunately the city guards and the Star Onion Brigade, a group of youngsters devoted to truth, justice, and helping out people in need set me straight, especially after a brief run-in with the infamous Nanaa Mihgo (long story there...). After roughly 10 years of adventuring (and gradually improving my language skills--I'm still embarrassed about the way I used to talk, nyao!) and making some great friends such as my mentor, Dr. Shantotto, the sidhe lord Seryn, and the very pretty human girl Amethyste amongst others, Seryn decided to try to return to his homeworld, and invited me to come with him. After a mishap with a Warp spell and a Cavernous Maw (a strange type of magical portal leading to and from the past), Seryn and I were flung from world to world for a while before we ended up being separated, and I somehow found myself here on Gaia, where I've made a home for myself, taken up my adventuring ways once again, and generally have fun wherever and whenever I can, nyao.

During my travels, I learned how to change into an ordinary cat and back at will (although I can speak human languages in cat form), picked up a bit of science knowledge to complement my abilities as a Red Mage**, and finally became so fluent in people-speech that you'd never know I was once a simple kitten, nyao! Anything more about me you want to know, feel free to ask! >-_^<

*Mindartia one of the continents of Vana'Diel, and is home to the Federation of Windurst, Kitirena's adopted hometown.
**A Red Mage is a type of spellcaster who can use healing, defensive, and offensive spells equally well rather than specializing in black (offensive, damaging, and destructive) or white (defensive, healing, and informational) magic as other mages on Vana'Diel do. Red mages are also unusual in that they can wear lightweight armor and use swords, and have special spells that enhance their combat damage by charging their swords with elemental energies.

Well I tend to be a pink Nekomimi of some enhanced sort or another. Lately I've just been playing off whatever outfit I may have. Whether I am a vampire, or a cyborg, or a demon. sweatdrop
