you should get samuri its perfct for any situation and its got a spetial that makes you invinsable for a wile but its easy so counter after its done
the evil samuri is the same but it has a flamethrower thats unblockable its good but easy to doge and leves you open after the attack
yaki cannon best and most anoying.
i dont no much about scrolls.

It still really depends on how you play in general, but... I've been thinking about the best possible setup for Boss Mode, and...
Well, I'm wondering whether if Capoeira would be best. Spam KKKK- to kill the mob of monsters with its wide ranges, and the faster PPPP combo to damage the boss at the appropriate timing.
As for Exo-wise, Samurai sure is a nice 1 VS 1 exo, according to most people. As for Boss Mode... Something that has long range attacks for less SP cost would be great, I would think. Not sure what that is though..
... Also, someone said how the Iron Armor Mk-II with Micro Missiles will hit the boss multiple times because it doesn't get knocked down, and how each blast that hits the boss's hit box will count as a hit.... so it'd be great if you can pull that off on time without getting interrupted, but.. >_> Hmm...

about the mk2 thing it is possible to use that skill without getting interupted
the only way typhon will attack you is either your closest in his field of vision
oryou start attacking him. so basically sneak behind him then launch the attack while someone else is distracting him of course.

For you, Judo or something similar is probably best. It has basically everything into one exo so you can learn what you like to do best.
My favorite scroll though, is Shoot Boxing. Many people will agree this is one of the best scrolls.

shoot boxing is a very anoying scroll its got alot of dif combos and attacks but if you fight it enuf you can read it good but not to good i still get beat by it -.- DAMN U SHOOT BOXING CURSE U AND YOUR AWSOME ATTACKS!

great now i can get my assed kiked and its even more painful. well atleast i dont have to suffer from juggling agin and agin and agin and agin and agin........and agin untill i die or some one saves me YA ME *claps very fast wile jumping*

Countering during combos helps a lot to prevent juggles. Spamming the launch moves but never finishing the combo and just repeat gets annoying though because they usually trick me.
