Breedings


Making a Family
--Some thread activity is required by owners in main thread prior to slotting.
--Male/Female adult pairs are preferred they will produce between 3-5 pods.
--------Well RP'd pairs with 2 diff owners will receive 3-7 pods and a reduced rate of 15k for the breeding. Pleas ask if this applies to your prospective couple.
--Same Sex Couples are currently accepted, at reduced litter size.
--Only adults may successfully breed.
--Males may breed and keep as many marriage contracts as they like throughout their lifetme. Females (or males producing pods) are limited to 4 per female and 2 for male.
--Rogue Breedings produce 1/2 the pods of a pair but are 1/2 the cost as well.
--Each owner is allowed one slot per month!

You got pods. What now?
--Each owner may only keep one pod from any individual ever. This means that once you have chosen to keep a pod, you will will not be able to keep a pod from future breedings with that individual. You may, however, choose to custom one in if this is the case.
--It is up to the prospective parents to find good homes for their offspring. You will have 1 month to home the pods. Pods will not hatch until all are homed. If you can not find them, or do not want to search for prospective owners, all extras will return back to the shop, which will be openly sold for you. You will receive no gold from their sale, and the pods will still count as part of the parents brood.
--There is a 30% chance if any breeding having a male/female pair of twins, while only a 2% of same sex twins.

Breedings are a great way to see some genetics at work. And on top of being a wonderful RP opportunity, they can provide you with some awesome chances to give a pet to a friend!
