Please take into account that these are double battle pokemon(hypothetical pokemon, also,as in they aren't fully developed, and a couple actually don't exist...yet)

Starmie w/ Leftovers
Bold;170 Sp.Def,170 Def.,170 HP
Cosmic Power
Skill Swap
Confuse Ray
Recover

Starmie, although it only has one healing move,is only there for that purpose healing. When used with Lanturn's Discharge and Swapping its Volt Absorb,it will just stay in batte much longer than it could be(it now has two healing moves instead of one)

Lanturn w/???(yet to exist)
Bold;252 Def.,252 Hp,6 Spd.
Aqua Ring/Mist
Agility/Magnet Rise
Signal Beam
Icy Wind

Since Starmie isn't Spd. natured,it wil probably be needing help.Icy Wind to decrease enemy Spd.not even dependent on type,as long as it can hit its enemy;Agility to get ahead of its enemies(and Starmie, trust me,that's useful later on...)Signal Beam if Starmie can't get in Confuse Ray in time(it's still only by chance)

Ludicolo w/Muscle Band
Adamant/Impish;252 Def.,252 Atk.,6 HP
Rain Dance
Ice Punch
Thunder Punch
Zen Headbutt

Ludicolo is my attacker.Rain Dance to gain the edge with Swift Swim, then the attacks for a chance to inflict some status effect, preferably flinch. If used with Starmie's Skill Swap,it just allows Starmie to be even more dangerous...

Vaporeon w/Ganlon Berry or nothing
Bold/Calm;252 HP,129 Sp.Def.,129 Sp.Att
Aqua Ring
Acid Armor
Covet(if holding nothing)/Secret Power(if Ganlon)
Wish/Substitute/Captivate

Slowking w/Expert Belt
Brave/Relaxed;252 Def,129 Atk.,129 Sp.Atk.
Earthquake
Brick Break
Flamethrower
Trump Card

This is my,as one of his moves entails, trump card. Its moves get rid of its weaknesses, except for trump card which gets stronger with every use(Pressure Use just furthers its powers blaugh ) ;I am a trainer that doesn't depend on speed(in fact, sometimes, like in this case,I neglect it),which is why I'm giving a pokemon with about the speed of a Spiritomb or Bastiodon a negative speed nature. It will take in your attack, then probably give it back at a greater power...

Kingdra w/Sitrus Berry/Haban Berry(yet to exist)
Timid(wow,no defense nature...)170 Def.,170 Sp.Def,170 HP
Yawn
SmokeScreen
Rain Dance
Dragon Rage

This is an annoyer...It increases its speed first, puts you to sleep then lowers your accuracy constantly, then it deals set damage to you regardless of defenses mrgreen

So...that's mah water team....I'm mainly looking for negative criticism so i know what i need to improve in...i need your help though.

This is based more on what I know about certain Pokemon than any sort of doubles battle theory, but...

Why is Ludicolo being used as a Physical-based attacker? You could run Rain Dance / Energy Ball / Ice Beam / Surf and get good type coverage while playing off his superior SpAtk stat.

That is a REALLY weird moveset for Vaporeon, and Covet is incredibly risky because what happens if you get stuck with a Choice item? I also don't really... like its moveset; it doesn't DO anything, really. It kind of supports, but not very well; Aqua Ring isn't that consistent for healing.

Slowking is not a good Attacker either and makes a better Special Attacker or wall (though if you want a wall, Slowbro is better). You could potentially run a Nasty Plot set.

Kingdra is running Dragon Rage for... why? Uh-oh, 40 damage! I am absolutely terrified of that wait no I'm not. There is literally no good reason to be using Dragon Rage on anything ever; STAB Waterfall will do WAY more damage even to things that resist it, will take advantage of Kingdra's good Speed in the rain, and hits hard. There is no reason to use Kingdra as an annoyer when you could make use of his all-around good stats.

thunder and ice punch are for fly types and zen headbutt for poison..
you've got a point about vaporeon and kingdra...i'll change covet to muddy water and kingdra...i just wanted to use it as an annoyer because it worked well for clair(blackthorn city),drake(elite four)and juan(gym leader)but you have a point...i'll replace dragon rage for waterfall(except the prob there is that its nature minuses attack,so i'll just use a jolly nature
for slowking,to get the types i want to have anywhere near the power i want,i'll have to breed and i don't have two DS's to use a king's rock to evolve it

Ice Beam covers Flying types; Energy Ball is a STAB move that will generally do more damage. What Poison types are you seriously worried about coming in on Ludicolo?

sasukeult2

Why not Surf? Muddy Water's sub-100% accuracy can be nasty for you, especially with limited PP.

You can use Surf too if you'd rather have it use Special Attack, though I think Waterfall is generally a better choice on Kingdra.

The types of what to have anywhere near the power you want?

And dude, there are plenty of people here in the guild who will be more than willing to help you evolve s**t. smile

not really any poison types

Why not Surf? Muddy Water's sub-100% accuracy can be nasty for you, especially with limited PP.

i don't like surf in double battles cuz it damages your partner too scream

You can use Surf too if you'd rather have it use Special Attack, though I think Waterfall is generally a better choice on Kingdra.

same thing here i'll just go with waterfall

flamethrower-bug and grass types flamethrower is fine
brick break-dark types i would have to depend on hp fighting cuz it can't learn focus blast
earthquake-electric types i would just breed for mud shot or hp ground

I realize I'm double posting but here are the Poison types who could potentially threaten Ludicolo;

Gengar - Generally doesn't run a Poison-type move.
Tentacruel - Possible threat.
Crobat - Threatened by Ice Beam.
Drapion - Immune to Zen Headbutt anyway.
Nidoking/Nidoqueen - Threatened by Surf or Ice Beam.
Roserade - Threatened by Ice Beam.
Toxicroak - Possible threat.
Venusaur - Threatened by Ice Beam.
Weezing - Not threatened by any specific moves, but rarely wants to come in on a Special Attacker.

Yeah, there are a few other Poison types, but they're in the NU tier, and there for a reason. Basically you'd have Zen Headbutt (which isn't even assured of an OHKO, and isn't even assured of hitting) to deal with... Tentacruel and Toxicroak.

When you have other people on your team already able to deal with those.
