There are a large number of members in our guild that haven't posted at all. I'm not entirely sure what to do about this however. morbid, gigashadow, and kimikona - I think that we need to decide on some way to deal with this situation. Here is the list:

i think this is a very serious problem... i think that anyone who doesnt post and dosnt tell us that they are not going to be able to post should be removed from the guild... plz tell me what you think

Umm...Wow. That's a long list. Uhh...I think maybe lots of those people will have given up checking when it first went into a coma, and don't know it's been re done, so maybe we could PM them all and inform them of the reboot? And then if they don't reply or post within 1 or 2 weeks we should probably get rid of them.

Wow, that is a lot of people. o.o
I myself have to go through that problem too when it comes to certain people not showing up in my rp forum for awhile. The best way would be to pm them because most people either forgot, somehow lost the link to it, or haven't been on gaia at all that they couldn't get the chance to warn anybody about it. I would say that they would be the lest fortunate ones since they wouldn't be able to reply. Even I would sometimes forget to go to a certain thread because I'm more busy with something else.

I agree with morbid and mishumishu that we need to PM these people and tell them that they need to be more active, but at the same time we can't ban people if they couldn't get online and maybe still can't. Some one should PM them all and ask them if they still want to be in the guild and if they do that they need to post. For the people that don't answer... well we have to assume that they can't get online. We can check their profiles and see how long it has been since they have been online. I suppose if they haven't been online in 6 months it should be safe to ban them, they can always re-join if they really want to, but since they didn't post even once and haven't been online in such a long time, they probably quit Gaia or can't get online. That's my opinion though, the moderators have to choose what to do.

baha o.o no wonder i have more posts then the average memeber.... @.@ sweatdrop i cant beleive that many members dont post XD
hmm.... if they dont post say a week after u send them a warning :/ delete them why do we need um? o.o
