What was your best memory of Pokemon R/B/Y/G/S/C? Mine was once buying a silver and it was stocked with shinies of every kind. Mew's Celebi's and all sortsa things. I really think the guy owned a game shark xD. Unfortunately I left it in a rented mini van T^T. Had a shiny Dragonite in it.

mine was playing yellow against gary(final match).my nidoqueen had one hp and was my last pokemon(oh,by the way no items left;his jolteon had full health;jolteon used pin missile but missed;my nido's earthquake won the whole match;i almost cried tears of joy...i won that match by pure luck...

Ah... I remember getting lost in Seafoam Islands and passed the time catching Seel until I found my way out.
And I remember first playing Silver and naming my rival "???" because he said that's what his name was. xd

sasukeult2 mine was playing yellow against gary(final match).my nidoqueen had one hp and was my last pokemon(oh,by the way no items left;his jolteon had full health;jolteon used pin missile but missed;my nido's earthquake won the whole match;i almost cried tears of joy...i won that match by pure luck... that´s what we all players now call HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAX!~ Mine... well I´ve got to say when I seen my favorite pokémon ever using Acid Armor... Im not even sure why... but it was just what my soul needed to see at the moment... beauty in every damn pixel.. and loved the type Poison in that move

XDDDDDDDD LOL about the missing no and ??? rival thing. My sis and I planning on calling our rival that when Heart Gold and Soul Silver come out. Another memory is when i beat Brock with a clefairy, lvl 8 against a WAY more powerful Onyx in Yellow version. My sis's blue version froze not so long ago cause of missingno. and her Yellow went corrupt T^T

well I always believed that the game got corrupted because of that... hum... still there´s a trick that involved missing number and the safari zone... you could catch a wild chansey in the same place you make missing no appear, or kangaskhan, or tauros... as long as you knew where they appeared~ did help me to get my dex completed back in the time

I really wouldn't consider it my BEST but most memorable.Fighting Red for the first time in G/S/C was awesome and I was relieved that I brought my best pokemon with me.I wonder if they'll change the level of his pokemon in the new games.I also remember using the glitch in order to catch Mew near lavender town.That was cool because you could get him when you've got up to 3-4 badges in R/B/Y.

I remember playing Silver and finding a Sneasel. I nearly spazzed out because I loved it so much. Psh, I still love it~

Hmmm. My best memory? Well, Gold was my very first video game ever, and I remember struggling my way through the E4 with a team consisting of a L.61 Typhlosion, L.31 shiny Gyarados, L.40 Ho-Oh, L.23 Electrode, L.20 Sudowoodo, and a L.33 Ursaring. Genius line-up, I know. But somehow I managed to get to Lance and after a long fight, it was his Charizard versus my half-dead Typhlosion. And by some miracle, I actually won. I will never forget that feeling of disbelief and elation. It was just a video game, but I won. I beat the Champion! My kid self was so psyched.
And then I remember that, when that same Typhlosion was at L.93, I wrote to Nintendo, talking about how strong she was, and how I had found items in certain places that weren't listed in the game guide, and all sorts of silly things, and I actually got a reply back. The lady who wrote me was so impressed with how much I had trained my Typhlosion and blah blah blah, and she sent me a picture that was signed by... I forget by who, but I've just assumed it was by some people in the Pokémon division of the company or something. Either way, it was pretty awesome.
And then, I remember getting the EXP Share from Mr. Pokémon, and thinking to myself, "WTF does this thing do? It's probably useless! Like those TM things." So I sold it. Like I did those TM things. x)
I have so many memories from GSC, oh man.

Playing sliver and getting to the Gym where the lighthouse is (Name of the town escapes me) and I get the Gym leader down to her last pokemon STEELIX and I managed to get its health down alittle bit having all my pokemon out (being under leveled for the gym) I had one pokemon left..... Togepi lvl. 11 and I knew right then "Oh god this sucks" I send it out and wouldn't you know it Steelix misses his attack and my togepi with "Metronome" made one of the most luckiest moves of all time "Surf" it was an instant K.O. and Togepi leveled up about 14 lvls and Evolved into Togetic it was a main member of my team after that.
