Well, up to my grandpa, we're from Toledo, Ohio, USA, but his parents were from Belgium-I'm not entirely sure where, my brother would know, but it's too late to call and ask him
xd .
The great-grandparents immigrated into Maumee, Ohio, where they had a small beet farm.
That's about all I know, aside from our last name-Currently it's Hyttenhove, but originally, pre-immigration/emigration (depending on your perspective), it was Uyttenhove.
I really don't know how common that name is in Belgium.
