Appearance:Wears a black, bulletproof shirt and a red windbreaker with a gray inside. To match, he wears bulletproof, red pants and black, fingerless gloves. He wears military grade boots modified to resemble civilian wear. Keeps a pair of concealed pistols within the windbreaker, which has been customized to be bulletproof. Also has a pair of switchblades concealed in his boots.
Personality: Cool and calm. Hides his emotion through a poker face at most times and rarely gets angry. When angry, his words are the only sign of it as he keeps himself composed so he can make rational and effective decisions. Also rather blunt and concise. Considers luck important as much as skill is, directly from experience with his "devil's luck".
History: Orphaned during the Black Rebellion, he was taken in by the Chinese Federation's Super Soldier Project, which was created in response to the supposed Britannian Super Soldier Project (which was actually just the Geass Directorate). He was among the first of the first Generation, and the only fully successful result of the Project (both of 1st and 2nd Generation), and the basis for the 2nd Generation which had been planned upon the success of any subjects in the first lot. Unfortunately, his 'successful result' was the by product of his "devil's luck" which had manifested in the small margin of success that Destiny fitted into.
No waste was made of the first Generation despite all but one being failures. And because the subjects had no outside connections or living relatives, they were put under harsh conditions and mistreated, all except for Destiny. However, Destiny disliked the mistreatment of his adopted family and effectively threatened to ruin their success, to which they compromised to a degree, citing that the harsh conditions would help ensure survival. Oddly enough, when the facility where they were at was attacked by Britannian Special Forces along with several members of a third party, all subjects survived, though all by Destiny went missing and were assumed dead.
Destiny had, in fact, struck a deal with the third party, which was the EF, who took in all of the subjects. Destiny had decided to stay behind and cover for their disappearance, as his value was enough to ensure his survival.
Destiny instructed the second Generation and was instrumental in ensuring a decent degree of fairness to them, though it wasn't much compared to normal standards. He had already had had enough of the Chinese Federation and the rest of the World Powers. It was the result of being strictly instructed in war and its history as well, which prompt him to indoctrinate the second Generation among the same lines.
Destiny staged the downfall of the second Generation in 2033 atb through the enlistment of the EF's aid. This time he left the Chinese Federation as well, and took on a position within the EF. His relation with its leader is quite good and better than most, though a little bit below Esther and members of the Kamiko family, all of whom he is on good terms with. He is the defacto leader of the first and second Generation of Chinese Federation Super Soldiers (all of whom were failures in the sense of fulfilling capacity of a Super Solider).
He leads his own team but generally prefers to work in cooperation with other members instead of just limiting himself to his team. He doesn't return affection of others but notes their affection. Has experience with hand to hand combat, rifles, pistols, and small bladed weapons. His knightmare piloting capability is above average, but not particularly noteworthy in normal knightmares, but with EF knightmares, he is much more capable. His "devil's luck" gives him good odds for normally low probability success maneuvers, attacks, and defense against attacks, though in worst case scenarios it's just ensuring he'll survive. His physical augmentations enable faster recovery and better endurance allowing him to withstand more than a normal person, though it doesn't mean he feels any less pain, tired, hungry, etc.
