Kortera is a city southwest of Rubeus. It's a city approximately 75% the size of Rubeus, and is a calmer city to live in. The population there is a medium number of people, averaging to about 8,000 people.

It is best known for the many gardens it has, and has a high vegetation rate, and has a high production of vegetables and fruits. Among the inhabitants, a majority of them are gardeners and farmers.

It's landmarks include its many unique greenhouses and many structural bush-works.
