When it comes to places within the Squad three area, i'm going to make it like a diary entry from my character. So you will know the details of the area and what the Captain thinks about the place.
◘ It seems to me that more and more of us are getting injuries when we could have dodged them. I installed this place for minor injuries, for death-like injuries go to the Squad four, as my good friend is Captain of that squad, and promised she would looked after my squad members for me if they get extremely bad injuries. Anyway, Basically this is just a small room with a bed, some first aid supplies and everything you need to treat a broken limb. Anything worse though, take it to Squad 4. For if you come to me, i'll only blame you. For i teach my squad members how to dodge attacks, and some just rush into battle without thinking.

Son got the medical bay and pestered someone about healing his arm.
"Hey", he yelled, pounding the counter with his good hand, "can I get some service over here?!?"
An annoyed looking medic came to him and led him to a table.
"Please lie down, and we'll be with you shortly."
That's what they're SAYING, thought Son, but they're going to take their sweet a** time, aren't they. I've got things to do! I need to practice that flash dance!

He was right. They did take a while to treat him. After about half an hour they got to him, and he was half asleep, lying on the hospital bed. This didn't bother them so much. They simply worked their kido on his half-sleeping form. He didn't curse so much like that.
There was that dream again, except the monkey wasn't pelting him with fruit, but standing on his head. He spoke more clearly this time, "You idiot. Look where you've gotten yourself! That's a nasty cut for your own weakness", he said, angrily.
"Get off my head, you stupid monkey", he yelled at the thing, which of course didn't budge.
"You're not even listening to me. Where's your drive? You should have been these people. Instead, you're on a hospital bed doing nothing, aren't you? Haha!"
And the monkey slapped Son's behind with a staff... Son's staff... his Riyu Jingu Bang!
"And give that back, you crazy monkey!"
"Not until you are strong enough, Son. Not until you are strong enough."
He awoke, his arm fully healed... and then he remembered the dream, and, in a panic reached for his Riyu Jingu... it was still there... what a dream.
He thought he'd go practice flash dance out on the training ground. And so, he got up, complained about how long it took, and then left in a huff.------Squad 3 Training Grounds------

"Yeah, I'm back, alright? Quit giving me that look! Ooooh, you're lucky you're already in a hospital, because..." and other such colorful phrases echoed throughout the medical bay while the befuddled medical staff tried to get Son to fill out the appropriate paperwork.

After a good amount of harassment, the medical crew sent out an intern to deal with Son. The poor fellow was subjected to many small and harmless flying objects flung in his general direction. But eventually, he did manage to get Son to sign his name on the three lines once he explained that he didn't have to pay them for anything.

After his healing was complete, Son was feeling a little restless and thought he'd go back into town and see if there was anything he could beat with a stick... a much stronger, heavier stick.
Now, where to go... He'd already checked out the park. There was always the dojo, but... somehow Son doubted any human's ability to keep up with his greatness. And then he thought, Graveyard! Perfect...------Karakura Town Graveyard------

As Son reappeared in the Medical Bay, the doctors ran for cover. But Son didn't need treatment right now. He needed something to eat! He hadn't eaten that last peach for several hours! He went back to his room to scrounge up some food.
