[+] Clan/Transformers discussion is OK in this thread. Try to keep everything else to the main thread, though (I'm not gonna be a stickler about this, but please try XD).
[+] Like all things on Gaia, this clan is meant to be FUN. Thus, rules are in place to make life easier for those running it. Therefore, do not complain about joining/rules/etc. It's terrible for morale.
[+] Keep all conversation civil/appropriate. Use your common sense when it comes to this- if you think something may bother/disturb anyone, take it to PMs.
[+] Non-members should refrain from starting RPs WITHIN the clan's territory (see "territory" post for details), unless with a current member. That would just be rude! I don't go into YOUR house without asking- do I? (maybe)
[+] These rules may be altered/added-to at any time, should we find it necessary.

[+] There are no species/gender restrictions for membership.
[+] In order to join, a minimum of two completed in-guild RPs with a current member (owned by someone else) of the clan are necessary. It does not have to be the same character for both RPs.
[+] Once a member, RP is not necessary, though encouraged.
[+] The offspring of member(s) are not automatically granted clan membership. It must be earned, and can only be officially achieved once the offspring is an adult (and requirements are fulfilled).
[+] Before applying for clan membership, keep in mind your pet's personality, views, etc. IC-ly the clan's purpose is to act as guardians for the area. Therefore, if your Eoghan is as twisted and evil as they come, having them join this clan really doesn't make much sense. :0;;
[+] When deciding your member's duty, please refrain from giving them "commander" or "head of"-type titles. Such things must be earned (details coming soon). :0 If we feel something does not fit, we'll let you know (feel free to discuss it in this thread with others, too).
[+] In order for a co-owned pet to become a member, both owners MUST PM in an application form. Very few exceptions to this rule will be tolerated.

  (Image Source: G1 Cartoon)The Eotronian Clan's territory centers on the Eobot flagship, The Ark, which rests on the edge of the grasslands near the forest. It is a large, golden-tan colored ship that is currently in need of some tender loving care. Having sat in the mountains after crash-landing there two years ago, the interior has become rather dusty, with mice and even raccoons having taken residence in some corners of the ship. The exterior is covered in dings, scratches, and patches of rust, and even a few holes (particularly where the main entry hatch was blown off). The clan is currently working, slowly but surely, on getting her back in tip-top shape!
 (Image Source)Within The Ark is a highly advanced computer known as Teletraan One. While in the past it was used to not only operate the entire ship, but also hold vast amounts of data, it was damaged during the crash to Earth. Now it can only perform basic functions, such as mid-range radio communication, lighting controls, and serve as a glorified television.

 [ Back-Story (U/C) ]
For millenniums, the Eobots and Deceptighans waged war on the planet Eotron. Many lives were lost as the ebb and flow of the battle shifted continuously. Eventually Eobot scientists perfected a devise that they dubbed the "Solar Extractor"; a machine that could absorb incredible amounts of solar energy and convert it to energon. However, this was not something that could so easily be compared to solar power technology on Earth. Not only could the Solar Extractor collect this energy, but increase it ten fold.
But as the planet slowly began to deteriorate, leaving it virtually inhabitable, a decision had to be made. And so Eobot troops gathered aboard The Ark- their greatest warship which was equipped with the Solar Extractor- and set out in search of a new home. But the Deceptighans were not about to let such a powerful device slip away so easily, and so they attacked The Ark seeking to gain it for themselves. As a battle ensued between the two factions, the ship drifted dangerously close to a large sun, absorbing an incredible amount of energy with the Solar Extractor.
Soon The Ark entered the atmosphere of a strange green planet known as Earth, and as more energy was collected, it became dangerously unstable. Rather than be released in a deadly explosion, the energy dissipated in a strange wave, putting nearly all the Eotronians aboard the ship into a state of stasis lock; all except the two factions leaders, Optimus Prime and Megatron. Though weakened, the two were able to remain conscious, but barely. Using his last bits of strength, Optimus Prime blasted open The Ark's hatch, and ejected the other Eotronians to the ground below, confident that their chances of survival were much higher this way. With the unstable aboard this ship, its chances of detonation were high. But Megatron continued his assault, and in the ensuing fight Prime pushed the tyrant into the Solar Extractor's core.
Prime was able to escape the ship moment before it collided with the mountains to the northwest of The Post Office. Megatron, who while immobilized could see and hear everything, believed Prime to be dead. This was not so, however, though the Eobot leader was badly damaged.
TO BE CONTINUED (soon)... [ Eotronian Terms ] [Eobots] An Eotronian faction. They fight in the name of freedom for all sentient beings.
[Deceptighans] An Eotronian faction. They fight to punish and enslave all before them.
[The Ark] The flagship of the Eobots. Now the main headquaters of the Eotronian Clan.
[Eotron] The Eotronian sub-species' home planet.
[Bot] A casual term to describe anyone of the Eotronian sub-species.
[Mech] "Male".
[Femme] "Female".
[Optics] "Eyes".
[Matre] A term used by young Eotronians in reference to whomever gave birth to them. "Mother". Can be directed towards both mechs and femmes.
[Spark] An Eotronian's soul, essentially. The source of their life energy, kept within their bodies.
[Sparkling] A baby or child. The equivalent of "youngster".
[Energon] The Eotronian sub-species' fuel of choice. Almost any source of energy can be converted to energon.
[Energon Cubes] Containment vessels for energon. Some Eotronians have a natural talent for producing them.
[Chassis] "Body".
[Organic] What most Eotronians call those who are not mechanical.
[Fleshling] A derogatory term for an organic.
