Hey guys, I'm not one to post my stuff on the internet, but what the hell...
Since we're in a guild, I figure you guys will keep this stuff confidential, I trust you guys enough..
This thread will be my contribution to our guild's metal forum. I will cover any songs requested or will write a song on given subject matter with a reasonable amount of time given of course...

Had no idea you were that good. eek I was really off both those times too though sweatdrop and the sound quality on the second vid is horrible!! do you know where I can find some video editing software that is friendly to .MOV files?

Overall It was decent, but nothing to get too excited over, but once I post my good stuff... wink

I'm still working on my soloing. I'm horrible at it. xD Best I'm able to do is the entire lead to Kalmah's Kill the Idealist. Sweeps kill me, though I'm starting to get the hang of it.. slowly, but surely. One of these days I'll snag a friend's camera and upload somethin.
What kind of amp set up you runnin?

Thank you redface Soloing is really a thing you do after learning a considerable amount of theory, but once you get over that hill, its smooth sailing. 3nodding The best thing to do with sweeps is get a metronome set it at around 60 bpm and count Sixteenths (1 e and a 2 e and a 3 e and a...etc. with the number being the accentuated beat) as your comfort with the sweep increases, speed it up...at least that's how I learned xp I'll looking forward to seeing you shred biggrin My current setup is: Marshall DSL 200 watt ampBoss GT-8 and They're all tamed by my prised possession... DuncansI let my Preamp do all the grunt work though (balancing the EQ and stuff).. The boss GT-8 is what gives me that really Rectified sound, the amp is really irrelevant, but it does help to have more wattage when you play a show..
