Come on. Crystal stepped outside, it was clear day, the weather was warm and nice. There was a cool breeze from the ocean nearby. Crystal looked around and spotted a moving truck, her head tilted slightly from certain confusion. At that moment, her Mother came out, "You didn't know the Jansons left? Yeah, we have new movers now. Don't know who they are though, but I heard they are a lovely family." She got into her car and waved at Crystal. Crystal nodded and waved back, "See you when you get back Mom!" She called out, then turned her attention back to the new movers. The sun is getting low

 Derek Frost((Just so you know, Derek's hair should be dark brown, his hoodie is black, and he wears glasses.)) Derek was in the seat furthest from his parents, in the back of their old minivan. He was still mopey about having to leave his friends and was playing video-games to try and take his mind off of it. Once the vehicle had come to a halt, Derek was the last one out. Before exiting, he had saved his game, turned it off, and shoved his handheld system into his pocket. I really need to invest in a portable CD player... A car leaving the house next to his family's new one caught his attention and the house caught his attention right after the car. Well, to be quite honest, after seeing the house, the girl out front is what held his attention. Oh, what do you know? Someone here I might get along with. He smiles at her and waves.((First of all, I would like to apologize. I am a very chatty person in the OOC. Now, to get with what I was going to say. I think it's funny the last name you chose is my girlfriend's last name. I also wanted you to know that I am not going to post his picture for every post. I think there was more to what I was going to say, but I forgot it all. XD))

Come on. Crystal leaned against her car, she looked up to find a boy wave at her. She figured him and his family were the new movers. She smiled and waved back. He was pretty cute, she guessed that the movers weren't so bad at all. At least something good came out of it, right? Crystal stood up straight and walked over to him. She held out her hand and smiled, "Hey. I'm Crystal. Crystal Dawson. Looks like I'm your neighbor for now." She shrugged her shoulders and chuckled lightly. The sun is getting low

Wow...wasn't expecting her to come over... When Crystal stopped in front of him and held out her hand, Derek kept his smile up and shook the extended arm. "The name's Derek Frost, but Derek is fine. Yeah, seems like it." He barely tilted his head to the side and raised an eyebrow. "Am I missing something? I sure feel like it..."

Come on. Crystal grinned and nodded, "Pleasure meeting you Derek." She let go of his hand, then looked around when he tilted his head and raised and eyebrow. Her shoulders hrugged after looking back at Derek, "Emmm...I don't know. Are you missing something?" Nothing seemed different around here, or possibly her. She cocked her own eyebrow, confused at his remark. The sun is getting low

Crystal seemed confused by the question, so Derek ignored the chuckling. "Oh, nevermind. So, other than moving my things into the house, what is there around here for a guy to do?" He figured it would be nice to be shown around the town a little. "Speaking of taking my things inside, mind giving me a hand?"

Yeah, it's around here.[/v]" She chuckled lightly and nodded at his question, "Sure. I'll help you." She smiled and looked up at the sky before looking back at Derek, "You'll get used to this place in a few days or say. The neighbors here are quite the friendly folk." Another chuckle came out. Derek smiled and turned to face the house. He figured Crystal would follow him, so he started walking as he said, "Wow, that's alot to do. Mom says that this is the last time that we are going to move for awhile, so I guess that means I get to do as much of it as I want." He continued on into the house and smiled in response to what she said about neighbors. "Well, you are helping my unload the stuff into the house. You do seem friendly. Anyway, what seems to be a good place for my room?" He had led them to the bedrooms and started peeking in and out of them.

Come on. Crystal followed Derek into the house, when he started looking for rooms that he could be in, Crystal smiled and walked into the room that faced her's. The room was pretty big in size, what everyone would call the second master bedroom. She opened the door and motioned Derek over, "How about this one? It's big enough, you have your own bathroom and you have a window that's facing my window." She shrugged her shoulders and chuckled, "Just in case you need someone to talk to." She remembered all of those nights that her and Julia talked back and forth, out of their windows, till late at night all because of problems going on with their lives. She was hoping that it could be the same way again. The sun is getting low

Derek was just coming out of a room when Crystal spoke up. He calmly walked over to investigate. "Wow...This is perfect!" He smiled and looked to Crystal. "Yeah, that'd be great," his voice was calm as he spoke. Just for fun, he decided to throw in, "You seem eager to have me close to you. You think I'm cute, don't ya?" After asking that question, Derek shook his head, smiled, and laughed just a little. "Nah, just messing with ya. C'mon, let's go get my things." He smiled once more and left the room.

Crystal chuckled and shook her head, "Well, you're welcome." She followed him out of the room and back outside. She grabbed a couple small boxes that had his name on it and went back towards the house. Oh, take a chance, let your body get a tolerance,

Derek stacked a couple small boxes on a large box of his and picked up the large box. He followed Crystal back to his chosen room. Before he managed to get inside, he heard his mom saying something about him having a new girlfriend. His face became a little flushed, but soon went away. Inside he set the boxes down and looked to Crystal. "So, what made you decide to help me move in?" He turned to go for another box.

Derek shrugged a bit and looked at Crystal over his shoulder. "I suppose you have a point. What would you like to do once we get the stuff inside? Oh, can you help me with this one?" He motioned to a rather large box and got on one end.
