After Windwaker, Ganondorf was said to have been defeated and every game that had said to have been taken place after Windwaker had these new villains that weren't as interesting. Should Ganon return or should he have left the series in the first place? And PS what's your opinion on the constant change of the land masses. It doesn't make sense!

i think he should return, and the landmasses are strange in the way they change

I know practically nothing about the Windwaker games. But Ganon gone for good? That doesn't compute. rofl If he's seriously gone, then so is the need for Link. The games are over. I could be wrong, but that's how I feel about it off the top of my head.

Well ya know it Twilight Princess......
-WARNING SPOILER! DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED OR EVEN GOTTEN FAR ENOUGH IN THE GAME!!!! Highlight the spoiler

Doesn't he appear in Twilight Princess as he controls Zelda? I haven't beaten it yet but I know somelike that happens. However that was before Hyrule got flooded.

When they say Gannondorf was gone for good, they meant that he wouldn't show up in any games after the time period of Windwaker, like Phantom Hourglass and Spirt Tracks. SPOILER...Twilight Princess came before that time period. By the way, what do you mean by the change in Landmass?

Like the differences between OoT Hyrule and TP Hyrule, for instance.

It just wouldn't be The Legend of Zelda without Ganondorf! Nor without Zelda or Link! Really. xP

Hmmm...considering that he has the triforce of power which is a third of what makes Hyrule tick, I don't think he'd really be gone for good. Like Midna said, no Ganon, no Link.

Like Link said in the cartoons when Zelda said they should go get the triforce of power which Ganon has, "then I'd be out of a job!"

I wouldn't be concerned about Ocarina and TP land mass changes at all. They give a somewhat deja vu to me. Like the Phantom Hourglass and Windwaker masses don't compute. (if I hadn't said it already;lol.)

Oh and Zelda you should have made that one a spoiler. But in accordance to what you said...They are making another Zelda game coming out in '10 with the Wii Motion Plus compatibility giving you ultimate sword slicing action. That could very well mean something to do with Ganon.

Well, I don't think they'll be able to keep Ganon from the games, really he's part of the formula just like Link and Zelda.
I'm really looking forward to the new LOZ game, but I'm kind of cautious as of what the story is going to be... Next year is going to be hard to wait for with it twinkling in the distance.

As for the land mass... It does change a bit, but not completely... I mean looking at the maps they actually keep the same feel... Zora's to the north, Gorons and Kakariko village to the east, Gerudo desert to the West... ultimately Hyrule castle near if not, the center. If you over lay all the maps, you can see is =3 Even Wind Waker maps match up where things should be if you consider what the islands are overlapping.

Technically speaking, it's the same Hyrule. Just a few centuries into the future. Lake Hylia is in the same place but has eroded more because the tree above the Water Temple in OOT is that gigantic tree in TP. Only some of the places have changed. The Zora's Domain is now in the North instead of the East, Kakariko Village somehow fell into a canyon without collapsing, Korkiri Forest is now Ordon Village and shifted to the south, and even though the Geurudo Desert is in the same place, it's only a bit more difficult to reach.

By the way I'm talking about the Gamecube version.

That's because Phantom Hourglass is in a completely different Sea than the Great Sea.

What you talking about Zelda?
