Here are a few ideas that have been rolling around in my head for the past few hours for Whofest 2009.
Cosplay Contest
Trivial Pursuits
Re-enactments:
Empty Child March
Bad Wolf/Parting of the Ways
Stolen Earth/Journey's End
Discussions:
BFA: Big Finish Audios
Villians
Big Shoes to fill: The Eleventh Doctor
I also think we need to set up the houses like we did last year with different themes: i.e. Cloister Room, Albion Hospital, Master and Doctors TARDIS. Tyler Flat, Torchwood etc.
These are just some of the ideas I had floating around.
Also a good target date would be a weekend in August or Early September not not after since eveyrone will be back to work or school during this time.

Mm.. I could help with the re-enactments, those episodes are the ones I actually have half-decent cosplays for XD
