A Bit of Heaven is a combination of a cafeteria and a tavern. All Soul Reapers can come here to eat and relax. Fridays and Saturdays are poker nights.

Captain Suzaku walked into the Mess Hall and took a seat near a small table. Indistinct chatter fills the Hall. Dice sits quietly as he awaits Captain Ryukai to soon follow.

Dice smiles slightly. "Thank you, its not much but it's good for a little R&R." He said as a younger soul reaper, obviously working the kitchen comes out. He asks what the Captains will be having. "The usual, green tea with a side order of ramen. What will you be having, Captain Axel?" Dice asked.

If not I'll have...ramen with beef please." Smiles warmly at the kitchen worker and then looks back to Captain Suzaku. "So, tell me about how things are going here in the Seireitei. The kitchen worker makes a note of the orders and heads towards the kitchen. Dice shook his head. "I have not been given any news yet. It seems they are even keeping us captains in the dark." He said as he placed his hands together doing a silent prayer. "There is no telling what will come of the growing storm."

Dice frowned. "I'd hate to believe the rumors but the way the tension is around here it could be true." He said as he began to ponder a moment on the subject. "Still an investigation may be in order if not already."

Dice nods as the kitchen worker walks up with the orders. She places the salmon in front of Captain Axel while she gently places the tea in the center of the table while giving Captain Suzaku his ramen. "It is troubling not knowing there has been a location we have had no knowledge of before. but let's put that aside and enjoy this meal. Thank you." He said while thanking the kitchen worker who bows and then heads back to the kitchen.

Ittadakimasu." pulls apart my chopsticks then begins to eat the salmon that the cook so graciously already cut for me. Smiles and chews the salmon slowly, savoring the flavor. "You have quite the talented chef here Captain Suzaku. The food is quite good." ...Always. I love you.

Dice smiles. "They learned from me. I couldn't have just anyone cooking the food then it wouldn't be so delectable." He said pouring himself and Captain Axel some tea in the cups provided. He picks up his cup and blows it a little bit then he sips it slowly letting the taste tickle his taste buds.
