Soo. We have a steady amount of people in the Guild. However, we need Active members. Thus I have created a thread for members who want to stay in the guild and for those members that check the guild often but may not always post.

Things to do for new members:

1. Read the Welcome Rules

2. Introduce Yourselves - We don't bite. At least... not that hard wink

3. Tell us your Birthday. Of course, you don't have to. But it wouldn't hurt. biggrin

4. Find out about How We Play: Hide N Seek Rules

5. Choose your Tag Buff Ring so you can play with us.

6. Choose your HnS team.

7. Don't Forget to Join us in our zOMG Hide N Seek Games

8. There are many fascinating topics in a fun place to hang out and chat with friends in the guild's Chatterbox or play many fun forum games in the The Romp Room.

9. If you need some help Navigating through the Guild Forums, there is now a GUILD TUTORIAL that can run you through the basics of the guild

LASTLY: Don't Forget to Bump this thread every 3-4 weeks to remain as an active status. You don't want to be kicked due to inactivity.

Here's how it will work:

1. Bump thread every 3-4 weeks.
2. Leave IRL absences here.
3. Bump upon return of absences.
4. Inactive members will receive 1 polite reminder of Guild activities.
5. Inactive members will be notified in a warning that they haven't been Active.
6. Inactive members will receive a final warning.
7. Guild crew will boot from Guild fully supported.
8. Complaints, Reasons, and other mail goes to: Altoids_are_creative_huh
9. PM's will be processed by the crew and then put to a vote.
10. All warnings and reminders shall Reset after Member's most recent Posting.

Pertaining New Members:
1. We don't expect you to bump upon entry.
2. This is just for those and You when you become a part of us.
3. Eventually you should Start bumping this thread like 3 months after you join us biggrin

Please complete the Things to do list and please don't make us have to kick you on account for inactivity. Inactivity hurts everyone.

//edited: Those that have received a warning, and do not post at least once by the end of the summer of 2010 will be kicked.

I just thought to leave you guys a message. biggrin

I know that Activity Clauses suck but they are necessary. We're not strict and we're not going to give you a 1 shot or your out. I understand how people can be pretty busy. that's why I don't expect you to post everyday. Somehow I manage it?, Only because I r Koichi hear me roar? Meow. We just need you to check in on the guild every 3 to 4 weeks to let us know that you still live and we miss you!! Hope to hear from you guys every so often and it would be great to see you at our guild hide n seek games. See you there.
