If its your vid post: MV in front of your title. MV stands for My Video in case you didn't know ^^ Videos that aren't yours are fine too.
Oh, and we'll be having a thing each week called Pic of the Week for the greatest shot, so try and get us some new photos in here. And don't post a photo that isn't yours. Trust me, I've seen everything there is to see on parkour on the internet, so I'll know. Lying is so not cool.
