I'd say probably back in black is their most popular (I used to have it, but I don't know where it is) on some points, being it was the first one after Bon Scott died and the speculation around it.
AC/DC was actually the first concert I ever went to. Memories there.

I've recently seen ACDC live and i am proud to call my self an australian because of them...trust me whoever missed that concert will never find fulfillment...= sorry but true..angus was well is god like for his age.
