1) no god moding (i.e calling shots)
2) no offensive language or pictures
3) do not 'steal' others characters (which also goes into god moding)
4) You can use cannon characters (in other words characters from other anime series) but first come first serve.
5) NO dragon ball characters in any threads outside of a dragon ball thread. (meaning do not play a dragon ball character in a sailormoon only thread)
6) If you wish to fight IC (in character) go ahead but ONLY if the other person agree's to it and the fight is fair.
7) do not fight OOC (out of character) anywhere on ANY board. Such actions will have you reported and banned instantly. If there's an issue with a person contact a mod or myself if the issue can't be resolved in PM. Please have screen shots when pm'ing a mod or myself! Staff will not take sides but go only on actual evidence.

9) NO OOC POSTS IN ANY THREAD IN THIS FORUM (other then character stats)
10) do not pm staff on character issues. Post them in the OOC forum.
11) Once characters are taken you can't copy them. And one thread per anime series please. I'd hate to see a thousand 'Inuyasha' threads it gets rather boring.
12) No more then 2 popular cannon characters per person (that way it's fair for other chatters)
