The role of a guild owner is:
To observe the guild and make sure everyone has fun, and everyone acts and plays fair. But I'm not paid to babysit, and bannings will occur if people can't follow the rules. Don't be afraid to send me a private message if you don't understand a rule or if you have an issue with any of the staff.
The role of a co-captian/vice prez:
It's a major responsiblilty and I'm not sure I'll award anyone this. But the job would involve handling any conflicts, and reporting the information back to me. Would have the authority to ban but only after clearing it with me. Must visit the guild at LEAST twice a week.
The role of an OOC forum moderator:
Look out for anyone joining the guild to cause problems. Make sure everyone remains out of trouble, and delete any threads that break the rules. Must visit the guild at LEAST once a month. Although once a week would be prefered.
The role of an IC forum moderator:
The key word is 'fair' you need to be fair in your judgment and make sure others are being fair with thier roleplays. I hate power trips with staff or players. Making sure everyone is following the rules as well. And you must be on at least once a month.
