About PHOEBE~
Name/Meaning: Phoebe Sabina ["bright, pure" / also the name of a Titan associated with the moon]
Mental Age/Stage: Small Child/5 years old
Gender: Female
Hybrid of: White Spotted Jellyfish
Appearance: Phoebe's entire body has a somewhat gelatinous quality to it, and though her tentacles are strong enough to be walked upon, the movement is best described as "squelching." Her skin is varying colors of blue in the more pastel range (with the exception of her more peachy tentacle undersides), accentuated by white spots over all of her body except her tentacles and "hair." Her eyes are a deep blue, and she's usually smirking.
Personality: Phoebe is something of a brat at this tender young age--very assertive and very likely to make her displeasure known. She's quite easygoing as long as she's getting her way, and sooner or later she'll realize to hang onto that trait even when her mom is making her do things she'd rather not (Mena's ideas of discipline by shame have worked well enough for Phoebe's three older siblings). She genuinely is curious and eager to learn, and for the most part plays nice. She does seem to have far too much fun teasing her big brother Eli (a magical boy who is deathly afraid of anything with tentacles, his new little sister included). Her mother also spoils her rotten, but we'll see if that lasts...

FAMILY dramu~
[the core "kuppy" family - surname 'Sabina']
PHILOMENA (mom)* - Hytech; Turkish Angora hybrid. Phoebe thinks her mom is the coolest thing ever (and her mom couldn't be happier to have a kid with tentacles). She's a brilliant scientist and really funny so basically Phoebe wants to be just like her when she grows up.
COLTON (dad) - Hytech; Golden Retriever hybrid. Colton doesn't live at the Cottage so Phoebe doesn't see him too often, but he's really nice and makes the best dinners ever, so he rates pretty high on her list.
ELI (big brother) *- Hytech; Turkish Angora/Golden Retriever hybrid. Eli's a magical boy (been brainwashed since childhood, but that's a whole 'nother story) and deathly afraid of anything with tentacles. Phoebe perhaps enjoys a messing with him a tad too much. In spite of her teasing, she thinks he's a pretty cool brother and secretly wishes he wasn't so scared of her--but they've been working on that (thanks to "Mandatory Close Proximity Time!"...Mena's words)
ZANE (big brother) - Hytech; Turkish Angora/Golden Retriever hybrid. Phoebe hasn't actually met Zane yet, but she's heard all kinds of interesting stories... (what's an 'exotic dancer'?)
NOELANI (big sister) - Hytech; Turkish Angora/Golden Retriever hybrid. Phoebe hasn't met Noe yet either, but she has also heard stories--awesome ones. Since Noe's a bounty hunter slash elementary school teacher. Phoebe definitely looks forward to meeting her.
MELISANDE (big sister)* - Hytech; Christmas Ham hybrid [aka 'Miss Piggy' cosplay]. Phoebe doesn't like Missy very much, mostly because Missy is absolutely mystified by the jelly's lack of "proper hair" and because Missy's kind of stuck up. (And what's with all those "moi"s she throws around...?)
TSQ'ALI'FHTAGEN DACJ'HAI'GOTHA (little sister)* - Hytech; Kristmas Kraken hybrid [aka 'spawn of Cthulu]. Phoebe has appointed herself Guardian of the Tube and looks forward to Dacj getting out of her tubie.
SABRA SABINA/"SHIMY" (grandmother)* - OC; ex-magical girl, (mostly) human. Shimy's the matriarch of the Cottage and Phoebe is rather in awe of her--and a little jealous that Eli gets most of her attention. Shimy will no doubt at some point attempt to introduce Phoebe to the joys of sparkles and magic, at which point there will probably be epic grandma vs. mom power struggles...though Phoebe has no idea what's coming...
[close family friends/residents of "The Cottage"]
ILAZKI/"TXORI"* - OC; Ti'ama halfbreed, magical girl. Txori's an old friend of Shimy's, and Phoebe doesn't see her around much--though she thinks the lady's golden eyes are really pretty...
SETH - Hytech; Cheetah hybrid. He's actually Noelani's boyfriend but Phoebe meets him because he comes to help Eli babysit... Phoebe thinks he's a pretty decent guy, and, more exciting, he and Noe are gonna get married! She secretly wants to be the flowergirl.
KAMIKO- Hytech; Shiba Inu hybrid. Eli's superhero girlfriend. Phoebe hasn't met her in person yet but knows that she helped talk Eli into spending more time with Phoebe so she definitely wants to meet her (and thank her~)
* = these people all actually live at "the Cottage" with Phoebe
