Any piercing can migrate, reject, inflame, etc after any amount of time. Feeling the actual movement of a migration is highly unlikely, as it would require an emerging gash above your piercing to show due to abnormal movement of materials in the skin. It is possible, however, that your tragus is migrating, since it is unnatural weight on the body in an area that is not "supposed" to have extra weight inserted.

When i say feel, i mean when i touch it with my finger, it feels as if it is closer to the bottom than it was when i got it done...you know? It was centered really well, but now its close to the bottom the tragus :S Should I take it out?

Removal isn't necessary, technically. If you don't mind the positioning of the piercing (in all of its migratory glory) then there's really no harm in keeping it. Simply because the piercing has migrated now doesn't mean that it will migrate again. Sometimes they stay in the secondary position, but sometimes they continue to migrate. If you want to keep it in and see what happens, there's no harm in that. If you want to take it out and start again, then that's another option for you to consider.
