I just adore corsets, but sad to say, I don't own any D: Those out there who have a corset (or a few!), tell us about it! Post pics too 3nodding And for us unfortunates who don't own any, what's your dream corset (or corsets) like?

Really?! My fried told me that since they're so cheap on ebay, they're probably fakes :/ But if it worked for you, I'll see if I can try getting a cheap one from ebay ^__^

Aww, I love the clothes from fairygothmother and dracinabox buuut, they're in England >.< I do own some corsets, but they're not real ones like the ones from those stores. Just ones I got from hot topic a while back because they were cute :3

Ooh. I got a cheap one from ht but it does the opposite and makes me look plump. :'3 I love the one on fairygothmother that's all red and black and white and striped and it comes with the skirt that's all like "floofy floofy floofy I'm a skirt!" and and and......

Thankfully, I only own two corsets. I bought them rather cheaply (just over $70) which is cheap compared to some stores selling for over $200 easily. I posted pictures for you. Black corset, White ribbon, Studs and Safety Pins. It is lined with wiring (metal strips) instead of classic whalebone. This one would probably be more to everyone's taste. I lovely intricate corset, reminds me of a circus for some reason:

I have exactly 30 corsets in my closet. There is one that I value above all others. It was a plain corset at first. Then I started to sew random snips of fabric onto it......Then I started sewing tea bags onto it,then I started cutting my hair and sewing the left over hair locks onto the poor thing (don't worry...I still have pretty hair),then I sewed sequins onto it.....That poor corset has been emotionally disturbed for the rest of it's....Life?....Anyway,sewing things onto this corset has become obbsessive....If anyone can cure me,I would be relieved...Then on the other hand, stay away.....

I actually think it's a really good/ creative thing to customise your own corset. That way it will completely suit you. I've never heard of hair being used though so that's interesting.

i'm moving to a more urban area, so there may be smaller shops that sell legit ones.

I only have two corsets x3 Both of them are rather plain but I love them none the less. One was from eBay (around $130), it's a black overbust with light gray vertical pinstripes. The other is a Raw Silk Morticia Corset from http://whatkatiedid.com < 33
My dream corset however is this, even though it's long gone D:
