The large battlefield sitting before the fighters was custom designed for this battle. The entire battlefield is littered with houses fully furnished for the combatants to fight within. Everything has been made to look like a real mini village; including cable TV, real food in the fridges, and a few random weapons within the homes. Power lines branch from house to house and a few random bikes sit on a few corners. In the center of the city is a statue of Chaos standing on top of Masamune, engraved within the base of the statue it reads "This arena brought to you by Masamune's check book."
Since this is an ANBU level battle Lethal force is authorized.

'This is it... The ANBU Tornument...' Taka thought to himself as he jumped from building to building, scanning his environment. 'And its against Kei as well...' He smirk formed upon his face. Taka felt it necessary to give Kei a better match than he had in the Clan Tornument, and now was his chance. "Well, I'll give it my all. Heheh.." Taka stopped in scanning and landed on top of a telephone pole and thought over things about Kei. 'Okay... He has those two swords, can use the Ichjin Clan Jutsu and the Tashu Clan jutsu, hes an avid fire and Taijutsu user, and is tactical planning skills are greater than my own... Looks like this match isn't in my favor.' He swallowed hard and waited for his oponent. "I'll still try to give him a run for his money..."

Kei walked silently through the streets of the intricate miniature village, his footfalls thudded softly against the ground as he ambled towards the statue that stood so prominently. "Poor Masa, this is going to put a dent in his checking account." Kei said softly to himself as he examined the structure.
Turning around his black haori flared out behind him before it settled against his body once more. Clad in a grey tank top, black trousers and short boots it would appear that the raven haired jounin had altered his wardrobe slightly. Leaning languidly against the statue, Kei knuckled the structure and signalled his position to his opponent.
"Come on, Taka! This isn't an ambush I swear!" Kei yelled, the fighter had considered rigging an elaborate trap in an urban enviorment was a bit complicated to say the least. Better to lure the other nin to him and take control of the enviornment then.

Taka was still on his perch on the telephone post not too far from Kei. He didn't want to take any chances and make a careless move by moving in before it was a good time, so he decided to play it safe. He said not a word as he reach behind him and pulled out a kunai knife with an explosive tag wrapped around the handle and threw it at the statue. The knife sailed through the air and stuck into the concrete and exploded, not doing much to the statue but chipping little bits of rock off. From there he quickly hopped onto the roof of the nearest building, where there was a door. He opened the door and ran down the stairs, making handseals. In a cloud of smoke, an exact replica of Taka stood next to him. Taka nodded his head to the clone and the clone nodded back, opening the door to the streets and heading out, while the actual Taka stayed inside, ducked under a window to observe, waiting for the next moment to attack.

Kei didn't flinch as the concrete debris fell around him, the chips of broken statue couldn't harm him so he didn't bother defending against it and a simple breeze blew away the dust of the explosion. It didn't take long for the replica to show up on the ground before him which piqued Kei's curiousity. Taka was smarter than this, he wouldn't step blindly onto the field of battle without checking it out first.
"A clone to test the waters, a smart ploy but predictable of a cautious shinobi." Kei said to no one in particular. Raising his hand above him, the raven haired jounin created a sphere of wind from the air around him. Spiraling the air, the sphere became a long hair thin cord that coiled around Kei's arm as he formed a handsign. "Wind Release - Devil Tail Technique".
Slashing his arm through the air, Kei spun and whipped the cord in a diagonal fashion across the statue. Turning back towards the clone, Kei took a step forward and raised his hand towards the Taka replica. "Lethal force has been authorized, I'm going to enjoy going all out with this." Kei said as a grinding sound was heard behind him. Slowly at first but quickly gathering momentum, the form that was Chaos slipped and fell to the ground, sliced cleanly from hip to shoulder.
As the piece fell to the ground and shattered, a massive cloud of dust was given off that obscured Kei from sight. The transparent cord whipped through the air like a silent killer towards the clone's throat ready to decapitate the false Taka and show him what the game was going to be.

As the dust cloud rose up, the clone jumped to the side, barely dodging the whip. It didn't know what was going to be in store fro the match since lethal use was authorized, so he would have to be very careful. The clone rose up again and charged after Kei, cocking back a fist, ready to strike him.
Taka scoffed at Kei, his plan ruined. He figured it would be safer to stay in the building for a bit longer until Kei found him, but he didn't want to risk staying in the same place and having Kei chop his head off with that thing. He created handseals and pointed in Kei's direction. 'Souton - Gyaku Dasei no Jutsu [Gravity Release - Reverse Inertia Skill]...' In moments, the gravity surrounding Kei would begin to affect a five foot perimeter around him. As long as he stayed in that area, he could have the effects that a roller coaster gives, inertia pushing against his abdomen, creating nausia. and such. Taka then moved from his position and left the building through the back door and went around to the side of the house where Kei wouldn't be able to see him. 'That jutsu he's using is powerful... If I can get him to keep using it, I can probably wear his chakra down....' He thought to himself as he pulled out a kunai knife with an explosive tag wrapped on the handle, steel wire, and a flash bomb. With these items, he tied the flash bomb to the kunai handle and peered around the corner at Kei to see if his jutsu had taken effect.

Unfortunately for the clone, Kei was fast, alot faster than most realized with his new technique. Creating a platform of air and a rail as it were, Kei could propel himself at speeds exceeding the normal physical limitations of unassisted motion. As such he whizzed under the fist of the clone with the cord extended out to the side in an attempt to slice through the clone's waist and bisect it.
Blasting past the clone trailing the cord out behind him, Kei came on the house that the clone had emerged from, the safest bet would be to assume that Taka was still close by. Twisting sharply, Kei whipped the cord and sliced through the building, the thin cord parting the structure's walls and furnishings with an ease that defied all odds.
The jutsu that Kei was using was a simple one, the cord was in fact a single double edged blade that extended about twenty-five feet. The edge was so fine that it wasn't visible to the human eye and using the same principle of the bullwhip, it could move at speeds that breached the sound barrier so the only way to tell what the nearly invisible weapon was doing was to observe the motions he performed or listen for the small pop that signified the weapon had begun to move.
Settling to the ground, Kei began to walk around the building as it shook softly and collapsed in on itself, the slashed structure unable to hold its weight any longer. Twirling his hand languidly, the blades flat side coiled around his arm. A strong breeze blew away the dust and provided a clear view of everything surrounding the wreckage. "Show yourself, Taka! I tire of this game of hide and seek." Kei called out as he stopped at the corner of the building and looked at the single corner of the building that still stood.
With a lazy cast of his hand, the last foundation was cut in two and toppled over, unknowingly landing beside Taka with a crash.

((So its a sword made of wind?))
As the building fell, Taka didn't move, assuming the building might just topple backwards. However, this wasn't the case. When the building crashed down next to Taka, he jumped a bit and sat on ther gound with a puzzled look on his face. "God damn, Kei..." he whispered to himself. small pieces of rubble fell around him, some bouncing off of his head and shoulders. Taka's clothes became dusty. He crouched behind what was left of the building and waited for a second. In the middle of Kei's sentance, Taka dived out from behind the building, launching the kunai at him and created handseals. "Alright then Kei. Lets go!" He reached behind him and pulled out another kunai. He ran at Kei and swung at him, the steel kunai catching a glint of sunlight.

[It's more like a whip with sharp edges than a sword really, but yeah it is sort of a long and flexible sword]
With a casual swipe of his left hand, the raven haired jounin batted the kunai to the side with a blast of air. Shifting his left leg to the rear and blading his body in a fighting stance, Kei twirled his right hand and began to make the looping motions that was familiar with whips. It created a sense of unpredicitability, the knowledge that a single flip of the wrist could send the whip slicing towards you at any time when a masterful practicioner had his hands at the ready.
As Kashin charged him, the jounin swiped his hand low towards the ground cuasing his whip to loop towards the ground and kick up dust as if there was a strike approaching from that angle. With a barely noticiable cant of his hand at the end of the sweeping motion, Kei turned the looping motion into a feint as the whip shot upwards with a faint pop.
Unfortunately for Taka, the pop would be associated with the side winding downwards loop.

As Kei knocked the kunai from Taka's hand, he felt a strong feeling a danger and his instinct told him to get out of close combat. He did a series of backflips, moving out of range of Kei's whip and stopped. He witnessed its strenght and it was too soon for the match to be over. He quickly created handseals and placed his palms to the ground. 'Katon - Ho Heki No Jutsu [Fire Release - Fire Burst]...' He sent if chakra flying under the ground until it was just infront of Kei. 'Now!' In moments, a large burst of fire shot up towards Kei, threatening to burn him and knock him back. If he was lucky, it would also help him with Kei's wind whip thing. As everyone knows, fire beats wind. If Taka's jutsu came into contact with the whip, it would take in the air and sustain the fire stream for a bit longer.

[It's fine]
The problem with using an attack that rises from the ground is the vibrations it causes and considering that a blast of flame was about breach rock to get to him it would be pretty noticeable. With this bit of intuition, Kei leapt back to avoid the attack and coiled his whip around his forearm. He knew that Taka could use multiple elements and that made him a tricky opponent, on the other hand the jounin had stood on even ground with Kashin and Taka wasn't up to his clan leader's mastery.
Landing on the ground, Kei reacted quickly to the fiery attack; sliding a finger against the edge of the whip, the jounin cut his finger and slipped it under his haori. Removing his hand, he held two small bottles of a clear liquid.
Throwing the first one at Taka, Kei slashed it with his whip while it was in midair and with a burst of wind to mist the liquid he spread the liquid across a good distance with the aim to drench Taka's clothing and surroundings. With a grin, Kei uncorked the second bottle and took a swig of the liquid and with the expertise of a fire breather, the ninja spewed the liquid towards the gout of flame that had arisen from the ground.
With a handsign, Kei ignited the flames as he used the "200 Proof - Flamethrower Technique" and thus released a jet of fire towards Taka's position and the mist that hung in his vicinity. With a second handsign, Kei activated the second state of his trap. "200 Proof - Mist of Flame," this second action ignited the droplets held suspended in the air by his wind field.
If the plan worked like it should have in such quick succesion and behind the cover of flame, Taka would find himself in the middle of a cloud of flame.

It was true that Kei had stood up to Kashin on even grounds and that Taka was not as strong as Kashin, but Taka was trained by Kashin and learned many things, such as not to stay in the same position for too long. After Taka had used his jutsu, he had intended on jumping back and making his way on top of a closest building to him, but he was sprayed by the liquid first. He didn't know what this liquid was at first, but after watching Kei take the other bottle and pour it into his mouth, he knew that it was a gasoline type liquid. He created a small series of handseals and and finished them with just enough time. The flames engulfed Taka, burning what seemed to be him to a crisp. When then fires disappeared, nothing but charred earth and a burnt up slate of rubble were found. Taka had used a substitution jutsu once again! His original plan to get on top of the building failed, but this was just another way. He reached behind him and pulled out two kunai with explosive tags wrapped around their handles. He sent them soaring from the topof the building, both headed straight for Kei.
((Is this better?))
