Introduction.

User Image
There isn't much for this little spot in the barracks. A couple of beds for Minno and Tertiath, a dresser, a full-length mirror, a desk, a chair for it, and a little rug. Minno tries to keep it a neat as possible, but can't wait for the day she gets her own weyr.

It only took a couple of days quarentine for Minno and her bondeds to get sick of the look of their room. Currently she is thinking about rearranging some things, but that is really just a useless thing to keep herself busy.

Rules - meh. you should know them by now wink

Tertiath.

Her egg.

Hatching Message
The Violet Egg begins shaking excitedly, rocking back and forth without ceasing. The first crack appears down the side of the shell, quickly followed by a loud, splintering crack as the shell splits in it's space. For a moment, there's a green foot trapped in the shell, sticking out sorely, but soon, a dragonet's head bursts through the shell, her wings and limbs flailing wildly until she is completely free. The Unstoppable Green observes the rest of the cavern for a moment, head held high in her triumph over the nasty imprisonment.

Tertiath.
User Image
Unstoppable Green
Tertiath is small compared to most dragons, even by green standards, and she doesn't appear to be one to be looked at for long, just another face in the background. Her bone structure is rather plain, maybe even leaning a bit to the ugly side with broader features and eyes spread farther apart than usual. She is the color of a ripe pear, a crisp green with darker spots accenting her hide in almost pinpricks. Her wings are lighter in color than her body, a shade of green-gray that might look bruised if it were anywhere else on her hide. She moves determinedly, taking in everything at once and yet always seeming to know exactly where she's headed. Her head is usually tilted down, as though she might make a collision with an object at any point and being prepared to burst through it.

Firelizards.

Capna.

Capna is your average sized brown firelizard. Which might surprise you after you see how much he eats. He would eat until it hurt then eat a little more. His favourite food to eat is bubbly pie.

Minno wouldn't have Impressed Capna if her father didn't decide to take their family to a Gather at Ista Hold when she was 13. He wanted to see if he could buy some runnerbeasts to breed with the ones he already had. They stayed for a day after the Gather, to arrange transport for the beasts. Minno had decided to go out and have lunch on the beach. She was nearly half way through her meal when she heard humming close by. Still holding on to her half eaten piece of bread, she found the source: A little gold watching her eggs hatch. Capna was one of the first to break out of his shell, so when he finished eating Minno's piece of bread, she took him back to where she left the rest of her lunch and therefore didn't Impress anymore.

Back at Fort, Minno asked the little children she helped to watch, what to name him. After observing how much he ate, some suggestions were: Big Belly, Eater, Foods, Wherry, Chomper, and Meat Roll. His current name came from a toddler who left his hat on the table, and Capna tried to eat it. The little boy's response was, "Cap! Nah!" When the boy kept saying it over and over, Minno declared that to be her flit's name.

Quith.

At the exact moment that the Savannah Sunshine Egg burst open, the Winter's Grace Egg began to shake slowly, cracks spread steadily and small pieces flaked off. The largest shard yet fell and exposed a brilliantly whirling, jewel bright eye. In the next instant a wing claw broke through, followed by a foreleg, then, finally, the shell broke apart and a green hatchling rolled out of it, whining unhappily.

Leader of the Pack, Green Hatchling.
A muted green, this little girl has a quiet, collected look about her. After her initial tumble she collects herself easily and sits up, becoming silent. But just because her voice has stopped does not mean that she is not communicating her hunger. The strength and insistence of her mind voice is so strong that anyone close to her would feel hunger pangs in their stomach. Her eyes whirl slowly but display violent colors of red and yellow. She is a curious mix of greens and grays, mostly uniform across her whole body. Around her eyes and paws it lightens to a spring green that calls to mind the first thaw in the arctic north. The control she holds over herself even seconds out of the egg is remarkable.

Impression.
The green watched her brother go, observing both the fact that a human fed him and the fact that he seemed so enamored of his. She tilted her head to one side, considering the pair, before sweeping the room again. She caught sight of the other impressed hatchlings, noted their swollen bellies and contentment, and a great longing for more than food swelled inside of her. She wanted a bond with someone like that, though being young she did not recognize the feeling as longing: it only felt like lonliness. Her head turned to meet the gaze of a young girl with black hair, and a strong feeling pulled her irrisistably to her. The promise of fierce loyalty was born as the Leader of the Pack Hatchling sprang forth to claim both her food and her human.

Leader of the Pack Hatchling is exactly that: a leader. Despite her color, or perhaps because of it, she rises to any occasion remarkably well. Solid and dependable, friendly but in a reserved way, she will be an easy lizard to get along with; though she might not take well to special training. She has no particular special features, but also lacks any serious flaws. Her slightly stand-offish nature discourages some other lizards from approaching her, but towards young lizards and young humans she will often show tender affection and consideration. If a queen lizard could stand her behavior she would make an excellent assistant in guarding and caring for hatchlings. This green prefers to catch food for herself when she is older, but isn't above tasty treats from her bonded; whom she adores absolutely.

Bwah! Quith's thing is longer than Capna's! xD
