Recently I had to face the fact that milk no longer agrees with me. It was sad saying good bye to my go-to comfort beverage and I had to start the journey of converting to soymilk. I soon found that soymilk could not exactly do everything milk could but lucky for me it had the capacity to make a nice beverage on a hot summer day.
Ingredients: about 1 cup of frozen strawberries, quartered about 1 1/2 - 2 cup of soymilk, I use Silk's Very very vanilla its like liquid ice cream and I don't have to add any sugar sugar optional
Directions Place the strawberries in blender and then pour the soymilk as much as you like I usually like to just cover the berries but you can put as much as you like. Put as much sugar as you see fit

I have the same problem, but there is hope. Lactaid milk is really really tasty. Make a shake with that stuff and you will never want regular milk ever again. Everyone thinks it is fake milk but all they do is add a protein based enzyme to the milk to break down the lactaid.

You should try Oat milk and Lactaid. Those are my favorites!
