Er....I do.

I noticed the guild name changed too. xD I am learning Chinese, but I have been studying Japanese for quite some time now I would be willing to help out with that (well, that's what I do at the other language guild anyway), but my primary concern here is learning and being able to use Chinese. xD

I live in America, but I'm also Canadian. razz

Randomness: I haven't eaten toast in over a year and can read Hangeul!

My prime directive here is to learn Cantonese. 3nodding

xD I'm an American too, but I have spent time in Japan last year studying.

The book I am using to learn Chinese now is getting ridiculous because it is a) All in Japanese using Japanese grammar forms to explain the grammar for Mandarin, b) Japanese grammar is mostly backwards from Mandarin (and English), c) There's a TON of nuances mentioned in the later chapters that I don't completely understand (mostly because I am too lazy to look up some Japanese characters to understand the explainations, xD) , and there are verbs in mandarin (particularly 要 [yao]) that mean four DIFFERENT grammatical forms in Japanese XD. That is why I have my Chinese to English dictionary to look up stuff. xD

Bonus versus an English book teaching mandarin: The characters are very similar to each other sometimes or the pronunciation is very similar (despite Japanese having less possible sounds than both English and Chinese).

Other than that.....been working on backing up stuff before I fix one of my external harddrives.

i hate camping especially after one year.my mom's bf and bro set up my tent near a tree.i was in tent about go to sleep when heard raccoons fighting in tree.then they fell on my tent and kept fighting on side of my tent.side of tent kept going in like was going to collapse.spent whole night sitting in middle of tent with lantern on too terrified to sleep
