Well in my guild i hold contests, and i have so many sub forums. you should go look at them to get ideas.

you could have a member of the month.
In my guild Who ever has the most posts for the month wins 1k. The winner of july has about 280 posts.
ummmm.....
Contests it think i said that in the other post........
........
Chat forum, where people just talk.
