*Ok, i have finally got a guild thanks to HollandBud and bardock0834, special and many thanks to both of you
I will try to get the guild up and running very soon
This will be mainly about martial arts, however it will be open to all people and things, the secondary part is for roleplaying, i have made one stroy line so far and i will try to make more (still to finnish thinking up the main one), if you have your own i would like to hear it too as i have enough room right now for another 2.

I have thought up the guilds main RP, i need at least 8 martial arts types, i allready have 2 but that leaves 6
At least 2 have to be non-weaponary, if you want any in, send me its name and a place where i can read up its basic outline.
Oh yeah.... and I need leaders for these dojo, so if you name me one then you get the first chance to be the disciplines master, just add in the message that you want to lead it (one dojo per person).

I have thought up the third Roleplay story, it will be like the Xmen world, but with differences.
The big changes is that it will feature in Europe, not U.S, but I have not decided on a specific country yet, however it will probably be near France, Germany, that general area.
There will, of course, but restrictions, like a level 4 mutant at the maximum, no teleknesis, however limited (such as magneto) will be accepted.
It will feature in a school just like Xaviers. There is a chance that there could open other schools further on just like this one in a near-by country. However for when this roleplay does open up, it will just be the one school that I will be in charge of.
*note: everybody will have to send me a pm on your power and abilities, I dont want everybody to have the same 'I am the ultimate, bow down before me' theme (im not even sure I want one person like that, even a villan).

I am sooo damn close to completing the main RolePlay, when i have, i will start advertising it on my profile, signature, my other guilds, and on the forums. This means I will need a banner pretty soon, I would make it, however i have no way to make one but for paint. If anyone has any ideas for one, then please tell me what it would look like, or make it and show me. Anybody that makes a/gives inspiration on the banner (that will be used) will go up a level on the chain of command (member-crew, crew-vice captin).

Ok, i have got the main stroyline finally up. All that is left is for people to actually give me some martial arts disciplines so that it can get running.

Finally, someone has joined up without speaking to me first, this means our first real member.... yay... everybody else better make damn sure to make her feel welcome.
Anyway, thats to a discussion wiht a mate of mine and a game called 'Shadowrun' (that unfourtauntly never really took off), I have thought up the latest roleplay story. It will be set on a re-vitalised mars, there is a reason why it has life on it now but I will explain it later. But the cool part is that it is about 200 years into the future, allowing people to get biotic implants. Everybody can use up to 6 biotics (limit might change later), any more and the body will be put under too much artificial pressure and more-or-less overheat and blow up. Most biotics will use up only 1 space but some more powerful ones will take up 2, (eg. like a basic strength that will take up one space, or an advanced strength that will take up 2). I am not sure if there will be cool space battles (think of Starfox or the tie fighters in starwars, only not stupid looking), if it will keep to the surface of Mars or both, but if there is space battles then there would have to be a good and bad side, or atleast a human and alien one. I do not to make this RP before I make the other ones, so this will only happen after I have made the other 2.

I have made a new sub forum called 'talkie talkie talkie', this is a general chat room. The front page will now be for martial arts discussion and guild questions only, any other crap will be in the new sub forum.
Now, I didn't want to start on a new RP untill we had more members, but that isnt going to happen for a while so I might as well start while my internet is still good. It is going to the the 'end of days' one, which I will rename because it is technically after the apoclypse.

I have just remembered that I need a graphics tablet to make the world map for the RP 'After the end of days', so this will be put on postpone, becuase, you know, everybody loves when people change their mind halfway through something.
Anyway, I am still trying to get more members so that this guild will be worthwhile, I will concentrate on this, and making the RP 'Mars Reincarnate', I know I said I didnt want to do this yet, but thats the beauty of owning this. My word is god.

You know, I have noticed something. This guild is finally starting to pick up, there are members joining up that I have never seen before. And I know I said that I would make the new Rp soon, and although I have got the story line and I know what to do, it still takes a really, REALLY long time to put it up properly. And right now, is when assightments start reaching their deadline, so I really doubt that any new RP will be up untill the weekend, and even then there is only a chance.
Now, I have been asking around on how to increase the member population, and many answers include 'advertise towards the genre of your guild', now this is going to be hard since this is a Martial Arts and Roleplaying one. But I will worry about that later. What I need to know, is if anyone in the guild is an artist to make a banner, and front page picture, and mabye a signature. I will put more information on the talkie subforum.

So the weekend is almost upon us, and that means most of my assightments will be done and I will no longer have any excuses to not make the other RP's. Just one more day and then I can dedicate the afternoon to the new one. Soo... you know.... get on sometime tomorrow.
Also, I have noticed that 2 of our members have actually dissapeared from the member list, and when I spoke to them they said they had nothing to do with it. So if anybody has any idea how this happend, or has seen something similar to this happen before, then please tell me.
Now, I have tried hard to get the members we have so far, and I am still trying hard to get more. Please tell your mates about this guild, especially if they have an interest in martial arts. This is one of the main goals on gaia for me: make a successful guild.

Yeahhh... its the weekend and I have handed two assightments and 4 assightment drafts. That means I can spend the time im not trainging and cleaning on making the new RP. To be perfectially honest, I didn't like the origional RP too much, I just wanted to make one that fit with the guilds name. But the 'mars reincarnate' I think has a really cool story and I will be excited to play it through.
Ok, last night I sent an invitation to everybody on my friends list. EVERYBODY. Even the ones I havn't spoken to since I first joined up. I went to bed, I woke up and went to school. I come back and "whoa....". If you havn't seen the member list then you really should. I think it has at least doubled, but it has probably trippled in amount. But no matter how many are there, I am not sure how many will actually get on often. So I still want people to get as many members on the guild. But make sure they are genually interested in this, I want 10 often active people on the guild 'at a minimum'.
Incase anybody hasn't noticed, we now have a guild artist (the drawing kind) and vice captain, show him respect and listen to him as much as you do me. Which better be every time I type a word.
If anybody has ANY ideas on how to make the guild better and more popular without resorting to porn or promises of porn, then please, do not hesitate to say so, I will consider anything. Even if its a stupid idea, I might get an epiphany from it. ANYTHING will be usefull.

It took all bloody Saturday, but the 'Mars Reincarnate' Roleplay is finally up. I really want this one to pick up, as it has a really cool story line and it has real potential... or at least I think so. Ig you are going to, then read the 'Disk 6: First contact' topic first. I placed it there so people would understand the storyline and social acceptance between the species better, I know it is a bit of a read but it will make the storyline make a whole lot more sence.
Now crew, you all need to remember your duties. If you are unsure what these are or you are a forgetful idiot, then go to the Staff subforum. This area is also if you have any ideas for the guild that you not only want me to hear, but if you want your fellow staff to hear it aswell.
Please, please atleast post often, this is even better if it is in the roleplay area. Dont forget about us and we will not forget about you.
