Heya...
I'm a foil fencer, myself...
I started fencing quite a while a go.
My disengages are having problems, though. I learned those a
long time ago, but my coach keeps saying they're busted... any advice? I can't recall any of the things he told me about disengages from a year ago.
I'd say you should probably replace your sword. In truth I don't know much about foil fencing. However, I don't think that the disengages can be fixed but I do have a vid about it hope it helps.
P.S. The disengages are also called the coupe
