So while recruiting for new RPers for this particular roleplay, I ended up discussing with another gaian how we could use an OoC thread for this RP. And voila! Here it is. Enjoy!
A few points I want to bring up:
1. I really think we ought to get started. We've been waiting for more players, but it's been a while now and if we don't get going, we may very well lose the ones we've managed to gather. Sadness.
2. I will be picking up a canon character. Probably an adult DE. Narcissa maybe?
3. YLV: Tecnia has inquired if you will be making posts as adult Voldemort as well? I think it would be a good idea, since we HAVE no adult Volde. And it would give her character, Bellatrix, someone to interact with when mine is not available.
Annnnd...DISCUSS!

Out of curiosity, what would adult Volders' relationship
be with Madison? (Gives me a better idea on how to
play Bella.)
I can hardly wait to post; I already made myself a
shiny new post format xD If Young Lord doesn't mind,
could he possibly post as adult Voldie first, so I'd have
something to reply to / interrupt? It'd help a bunch
when I'm just jumping in. :3

So we're actually going to get this thing going again? I'm still in if you want. Still will be Fred. I could maybe take on another OC if you wanted. Except Draco. I can't do Draco.

I was planning on waiting for YLV and Mad
to finish their current scene, or at least
for someone to make a transition into
the corridors or the Ravenclaw common
room, because that's where I plan on
bringing Luna in.
If you're in need of more canons,
I'll take another on.
Maybe Ron or Trelawney.

Ooook...In response to everyone:
1. Adult Voldemort and Madison...it's a bit tricky ground there. But I rather imagine that he is proud of her...but she's more of a possession than a daughter, you know? Sort of like..."Look at my bright shiny new toy" as opposed to "Isn't my daughter wonderful". Haha. Of course, how their relationship REALLY goes depends on YLV considering he's the one playing that character. So I'll let him explain that one a bit better.
2. Yes. We're doing our best to get this thing going. But as I told a couple other people (and will now tell the whole group) I'm having surgery tomorrow. So if I'm a bit slow and/or absent for a couple days, please forgive me. If you still want Fred, you can have him. Maybe you should play both twins? Since they do everything together anyway. Lol.
3. Luna, you can post whenever you want. I imagine that there can be more than one scene going on at a time, as shown by Trinity and Caena doing things while Maddie and Tom are in the Chamber. But yes, it would be helpful if there were something for you to jump into so...Maybe Harry could run into Luna? *coughcouch Jen coughcough* Oh, and we probably need a Ron more than a Trelawney. But of course it's up to you who you choose to play.
4. Character thread is a great idea. I'm not exactly sure how to go about it, however, so may I ask what you had in mind?

For the character thread, I was thinking we
could have a list of all the characters we want
and have, then identify which are taken with
a strike or bold or whatever. Then the rest of
the thread would be for people to post their
profiles, (or you could just set up links to them,
since they're already in the RP thread) so it's nice
and pretty.
If you're a bit unsure / don't have the time, I would
have no problem making it - but totally understand
if you would prefer to 3nodding
