You know...I can't really say XD There are some manga I've seen the anime of and haven't actually read outside of scanalations (Oofuri, Skip Beat, Aria, Gokusen) but would really like to get my hands on, there are some mangas whos english translations were a travesty (Nana, omfg NANA DX) so I stick just with the scanalations even though I LOVE the series (both the anime and the manga), then there's stuff like The Twelve Kingdoms which doesn't come in manga form but I could not love more.
And, now that I've finished giving a 25 cent answer to your penny question, if I had to pick my favorite manga of all time, it would probably have to be Kare Kano because I just spent 15 minutes trying to name just my top 4 of all time and the only one that never got taken off the list was that one XD

Definalty xxxHolic. When I first started reading it, I thought it was okay; but as it kept going I fell in love with it. Without me even thinking about it, xxxHolic became my favorite.
