Seaki The clouds seems to be rolling around her, brown eyes watching the thick clouds in amazement. It usually didn't get overcast, but today, it was teeming. Saccha gave a smile - she decided she liked fluffy clouds. The clouds were getting heavy with rain, collecting in the area, but no drops fell.
The small lioness was currently laying on her back in a patch of grass that she had flattened to lay on to watch the sky.
It was pretty, a lot more beautiful then the plain blue sky.
Her smile was serene.

Trotting through the tall grass gracefully, Mauja hummed quietly to himself. He was in a good mood, and it showed. He had just briefly left his most recent cubs with their mother for the day, while he went out to find something to eat. It was the least he could do for them, as they would only be a 'happy little family' for a little while longer, until Mauja took his two cubs back home.
The days had gotten better for the brown cheetah, and he glanced back at his tattoos that a traveling baboon had been nice enough to paint onto his fur. It was the embodiment of his spirit, and he adored it to pieces. While he hadn't been 'flying' recently, the will still beat strong in his heart.
His eyes returned to the savannah ahead of him, and he saw little but grass and trees for quite awhile. In the distance, he could barely make out the dark figures of water buffalo. They were far off, so he didn't care much to stalk from this far away, but he increased his pace, wanting to catch something before dusk.

The small lioness' ears flicked with the soft sound of humming. She stretched against the field of flowers below her and sat up, looking about for the source of the tune. A cheetah? That's what she saw anyways, he was a little ways away, but his tune had carried on the breeze.
"Hey, Mister!" She called happily. Company came in many forms, she knew. Perhaps he was friendly. If not, she knew the area like the back of her paw. She would be able to get away.
Despite the possible threat, she waved her paw in greeting.

Hearing a voice from not too far off, Mauja turned his head, orange eyes bright with hope. He loved being in the company of others, and the voice sounded very female, which just made things all the better.
Spotting what had called out to him, a small smile rose on his maw. "Why hello there, pretty miss!" Looking her over, her pink paws really made him smile. They just seemed to add a touch of happiness on the day, and his oddly joyous mood.
"What brings a girl like you out here?" After thinking about it, Mauja hadn't seen any prides around here, though it wasn't unheard of for a rogue lioness to be wandering around.

Sacharose gave a small giggle. So he was nice! Yay~ She bounced up and looked at the tall male with curious eyes. Chocolate eyes stared for a moment and Rose grinned again. "I was out here chasing butterflies~" She chimed happily.
"What about you, Mister?" She asked energetically. The day is always better when there was company involved. Playing along got really boring really fast. This was literally the best day she had had in a while.
"My name is Saccharose, what's yours, Mister?" She asked curiously. He was really tall!

"Chasing butterflies, hm? Sounds like a wonderful passtime." Grinning at her, it reminded him of things he used to do in his spare time. When was the last time he chased after some butterflies?
"Me?" Swishing his tail behind him, he tried to think about what he was doing out here. There wasn't anything really exciting that he was looking for, and he did have a home. Thinking about it, he felt more than a tad old because of his sudden memory loss. "I'm just...wandering. You know, enjoying every day as it comes." Grinning, it was the best answer he could come up with. It's what he usually did, anyway.
"I'm Mauja, miss Saccharose." Dipping his head a little, he gave her a small bow.
