I noticed that Niwa-kun and Riku-san shared a strong bond, like in the last episode in the anime where he rides his bike past her car and somehow she realized that her boyfriend passed her. Do u think bonds like this can really be formed?

I believe so, it also can apply to bonds other than a romantic bond. I know when my best friend enters the same building I happen to be in, whether she comes in a door near me or a door on the opposite side of the building.

Yes I believe they can because someone could start off not thinking of someone in that way but then over time, they can begin to realize that what they thought was their friend is their soulmate
