This guild needs an NOFX thread... not sure how to make this official but I'm just hoping some mod will notice it and make it so.

NOFX are an underground punk band in california formed by "Fat Mike" in 1983. They are known for implementing different forms of humour in their music. They usually remain neutral when it comes to political opinions although as seen with their album War on Errorism (A direct reference to the current Bush Administration), they can have very straight forward political views.

Current band members are -

"Fat" Mike Burkett (bass, vocals)

Meh, no surprise there if you don't mind me saying so. You did come off to me as being the type to listen to Gothic Metal bands like Theatre of Tragedy.

no not really, my tastes are varied, but i'm poor so i rely on my library fpr CDs (mainly) and they only have one NOFX album... that i took out once.... anyway they seem fun and good job re-doing the thread^^

Get a music circle going like I do, where I have all the CDs my friends do and they have all the ones I do (if you get my drift). But if anyone from the department of copyright comes knocking on your door, you didn't hear it from me... not that my ideas original or anything. With that said, I do buy the albums of the bands I really like.

My friends sometimes swap mp3 players/ipods with me... nothing better than a 4-6 Gig boost to your music library. With that said if I do find songs I really like from a particular band I do check them out and if they're consistant I do buy their CDs... seems only fair I guess.

You seem to be on a major posting spree aren't you? xd Weee! Yeah Linoleum is a pretty good CD (or in your case tape) xp

Favourite tune of theirs would be "Stickin in my eye"

i think nofx did a great job with there album american errorist. but there were some songs that they have made lately like "the idiot son of an a*****e" that was just... s**t. i suppose that doesnt compare to there song "my v****a"
