I realize the two are not related, but I'm curious. I personally support gays but I'm pro-life. What about you? Rumor has it that many Christians don't support either.

Homosexuality is a sin, it states that in the bible.
But lies are also a sin.
Thinking mean thoughts about people is a sin.
So who am I to judge? I will support my friends in what they do, but I will not do it myself. And when they need to talk, I will be there to listen.
I'm pro life all the way. Abortions not only kill the baby, but it emotionally kills a part of the mom. They may not realize that at first, but it does.

both are sins. In judges chapter 19 verse 22 in the illustrated study bible it says "While they were enjoying themselfs all of a sudden perverted men of the city surrounded the house and beat on the door. they said to the old man who was the owner of the house "Bring out the man who came to your house so we can have sex with him"
Why would God say perverted if he did not mean it I know it is just a translation but it still says it in the bible. That is what i believe but i still have homo sexual friends after i have known them for a while the usually reveal that they were raped as a child or something like that. So personaly i have learned that if you keep talking to them and show them christ in the smallest way then they will finally relize what they are doing is wrong and change.
Ok about abortion there is nothing to convince me that it is right if you were raped give it up for adoption if you like do not just murder the poor inisint child. In exodus chapter 20 it is the 10 commandments and it says do not MURDER. this means babies too.

the issue with abortion is people are trying to figure out if embryo's are babies or not.
I believe that they are. They can feel, cry, kick.
They have a chance to live in the world.

To tell you the honest truth I am bi-curios and my religion teacher says that is a grave sin, but I didnt choose to like or be interested in both sexs, but as for abortion it depends on the situation like if a young girl was raped then I believe she has a right to go and get it aborted because she didnt ask for it but if its a teenager in high school who thinks having sex is not a big deal and the in thing then she and the male should give birth to the baby because they both made the dissision of having sex. I dont care if you guys rag on me I am just putting in my two cents and seeing what its worth

See I don't agree with that abortion one.
I can understand putting the baby up for adoption, but killing an innocent just because something bad happened to you? I do understand, the baby came out of something bad, but still, its a living life.
Not only that, but a lot of people would love to have that baby, because some couples can't have their own children.

If you are afraid that what happened to Sodom and Gomora will happen here then you should read the story again. It wasn't just homosexuality, it was rape, injustice. It was just pure evil in those cities. But Abraham argued with God, and God said he would not destroy Sodom and Gomorah if there where 10 righteous there. And God saved Lot and his family. But no, it wasn't just the homosexuality sin, it was all the sins of the cities. If you read it, you can see so many sins.

homo sexuality is a sin and should not happen in any circumstance that is my belief
about Sodom and Gomora they had the chance to change the same threat was put on the nineveh (the one jonah went to) but after they heard the news of jesus they changed. so they were about all to die to for there sins.
So i think God will forgive those who ask for forgiveness this includes homo sexuals and they will be changed!!!

God isn't about putting people on little islands because they are a certain way, or do a certain sin. He's about loving them, and waiting for them to realize their mistake.

But I will not falter nor let that change my opinions on these questions smile Gays - I know in my heart being Gay is a Sin, and You aren't just Born Gay, but you choose to be Gay. There for choosing to be Gay, you are choosing to Sin. I am not against Gays, nor do I hate Gays, but I will admit they are indeed Sinning. I mean if God meant for people to be Gay, he would have either stated it was okay to be so, or he would have made Adam & Steve. Ofcourse I'm not judging Gays, but merely stating my opinions razz . I also think being Gay is more so a mental illness of sorts, it's just not natural & it clearly states so in the Bible. Abortions - I think every child/baby has a right to life! So I can definitely say I am 100% without a doubt Pro-Life! No matter what excuse is used it's murder! smile I know sometimes there will come a Rare situation as to where the mother can die from child birth... & I know death is possible. But it is EVERY mothers job to insure the safety of her child over the safety of herself. 3nodding PS. Don't get me wrong! I LOVE Everyone! & I Do not hate those who are Gay, or those who choose to Abort. I will admit I do pity them & Pray that God can help them someway, somehow.
