Bio: Winifred has confusing half-memories of her past.
She was found washed up on a beach in southern California 2 1/2 years ago,
and her age at the time was guessed to be 60-something and aging unnaturally fast.
Her youth has recently been restored by unknown means,
and even though her friends and neighbors have always liked her,
they are uneasy and suspicious given the evil that is spreading north
along the coast and the heroes who have failed the previous cities.
Winnie is a compulsive, nearly obsessive, documentor of her experiences and thoughts
and has dozens of journals, which never leave her group of few possessions.
She is quiet and observant, usually stepping in when arguments turn to nasty, mud-flinging insults.
She has complete heterochromia (one green eye, one brown eye) and white streaks in her floor-long
dark-golden hair and white eyebrows and lashes left from her "adventure".
