Ok, other than the right arm, how's the re-draw?

The scars themselves look more like tattoos, and why would there be tears dripping from her chin that far back? Plus, you should have the tears from her eyes actually connect to her jawline, it takes a lot of crying to have that much moisture.

It was actually going to be rain in the original, but I inked it then changed my mind, I'm re-working it to fix that.

Add grimace lines, it looks like you took her neutral face just added tears.
Narrow her eyes, add wrinkles around the edges, and at the end of the nose. Also, make the shot tilted a bit more down, and curl both sides of the mouth. I think biting her lower lip a little would add to effects too.

I thought about that, but all those things took the expression too far. She's a very reserved character, and this is sort of a "Trying to hide the pain" piece.

For the scars use the thinest pen you have, also make them lighter then the rest of the characters skin if they're new, slightly darker is they're old.
Basically which ever type of pencil you used. [HB, F] you would use either one shade down or above for the scars and shading.

I looked again, forgot to re-read my last.
After re-reading, I'm firm on the lip biting. It adds an atmosphere that suggests she's "biting back" the pain. I would also suggest making her gaze more distant.
