This village lies on the border of the Hidden leaf, Hidden Rock, Hidden Cloud, and territories that belong to the Sand. This is an important base for the Mist to have in order to command the attention of other villages. Those in this village need to constantly be ready because in an instant an all out war can break out and the first place the battle will commence is here in Rain. Luckily word has arrived that the Mizukage is appointing some personel to take over on his behalf and help fortify this garrison.
