The Cyclone! The Vortex looked like it would be cool. Then I road it. Now I'm pretty sure that on the high holy days, Ol' Lefty isn't really contributing much.
I actually have a scary story about the Cyclone. I was there year-before-last for a chorus trip. I was riding it for the umpteenth time. I get in the seat. I pull down the restrainer... And I can't get it to click down. I'm a pretty big guy. It happens some times. No big deal. The attendant will walk over soon and push it down for me. Unfortunately, when he reached me, someone right behind me dropped their glasses or something, and he forgot that I existed. I went through that entire ride with the restrainer clutched to my chest in the tightest grip that I could manage. I was so sure that every time the Cyclone spun over, I was going to drop to my ninety-mile-an-hour death. xD

This just made me realize that I have not been to Carowinds in over 10 years.
When I used to go I liked the log flumes.
