History/Design Features: Firstborn of the second wife of the previous Naira king. At the age 18 he was entered in to the Naira Fleet Academy, he has incredible intelligentence and went on to earn his Doctorates in horticulture, geology, and terraforming. At age 25 he was give a region of space that was decreed the Principality of Tiber. By 35 he had earned the rank of Vice Admiral and was given command of Battle Fleet 60.
3 years ago his half-brother (Firstborn of the previous king's first wife) ascended to the throne after their father's death. The Principality became a Duchy as Tiberius (as well as his full siblings and all other children of the previous king's other wives) had been removed from the royal house, per tradition.
