Before you all go off and post your hearts out, we ask that you all read the rules (As grueling as it is).
Of course, you all must follow the Rules & Guidelines and the ToS.
Please follow them. If you don't, being banned is imminent.
Note: I am constantly updating and changing these rules. If you have a rule you want to submit or have a question about, then PM me or Rekka_Gen_of_Bloodrose about it.
As for guild rules, there are some rules you all must follow--

arrow Be Polite. Don't be rude in objections, replies, debates corrections, or anything like that. Don't call any members out on anything in a discussion or publicly fight with them. It's being rude, crowding a topic, and is obnoxious.
arrow Use cuss words sparingly. If you must use them to make a point, get an idea across, ect., that's fine. Just don't make every other word a cuss word.
arrow Be Literate. There will be a topic where you can be as illiterate as you wish. However, please be literate in your posts. The occasional slip up is okay, everyone does it, but don't totally ignore your literacy.
arrow Use Proper Grammar. We ask that you use proper grammar in posts. This means not using 'txt tlk' all the time, and not using '1337 speak' all the time. The occasional acronym such as 'LOL' is okay, but don't substitute for actual words all the time.
arrow Use proper spelling. I understand that not everyone is perfect here, we all misspell words. If you don't know how to spell something, look it up on dictionary.com or run your post through spell check, or get as close as you can.
arrow When Posting a Reply- Please make sure that it's more that three words long in threads. There is a thread for such tomfoolery and the like; you can go post three-words-or-less replies there. P:
arrow No flames. It crowds a topic and is irritating. Flames and personal attacks are not tolerated. Don't do it.
.:Creating a Topic:.
arrow Make sure it's not a repeat topic. Before you go and create a new topic or thread, make sure that it's not a repeat. At least make sure that there aren't any similar topics on the first page. If the case appears to be that there are two types of the same thread, Rekka Gen and I reserve the right to delete it.
arrow Make sure it's in the right place. Please make sure that your topics are in the right spot. Rekka Gen and I reserve the right to move topics to the place they belong, and we will notify you if we do so.
Members will be notified of any changes to their threads via PM.
I hate it when Admins of guild's I am a member of don't notify me of changes in my own threads, so I will not do this to you guys.

arrow No Pictures with Adult/Rated R content.
This includes (But is not limited to) things like porn, showing of inappropriate body parts, hentai, blatant nudity of any kind, nothing overwhelmingly graphic and gory, nothing with excessive blood.
arrow If you didn't draw it, don't say you did. Proper credit is owed to those who made the pictures. No art theft here, please.
arrow No page stretching. Do not crowd a page by putting a large picture on it. Use clickable thumb nails (Photo Bucket) or links to pictures if the pictures are to big.
.:File Sharing and Linking:.
arrow Don't link to anything with above PG-13 content. Directly or indirectly, it doesn't matter.
arrow No File Sharing. No solicit links or sites that have unauthorized file sharing of licensed materials. We don't care if you do it elsewhere, just don't do it here. This includes (But is not limited to) links to 'free' music sites, bittorent directories, mirc channels, file sharing sites, and direct download links.
arrow Scanlations. No posting links to where you can read/download them, no posting them. You may discuss them, but don't distribute them and don't link to them.
.:Copy Rights:.
I don't need to tell anyone that this is important- Don't violate them. The official statement made by Gaia is this:

We go by a three-strikes-and-your-out system. You fail to follow the rules three times, you're banned. Simple as that.
Rekka Gen and I will not ban anyone without reason. We will go over what you have done and then determine weather you will be banned or not.
If at the end of two weeks we can decide to invite you back or accept another join request, and you violate the rules three times again, we will report you. There is a very low tolerance of BS and rule-breaking here.
Everyone has to follow the rules, and nobody is exempt.
.:Asking to be a mod/promotions:.
Don't ask to be a mod. If you ask to be a mod, then you won't be.
Promotions will be determined by how active a member is and how knowledgeable and adept they are. Don't ask to be promoted. If you ask, you won't be.
.:Complaints:.
If you have a complaint about a member, PM the person you have issues with and see if you can resolve it privately, not in the presence of everyone else. If that doesn't work, PM either me or Rekka Gen of Bloodrose and we'll take care of it. Don't openly confront them in the topics or forums. If you have a complaint about the guild, simply post in the [Your Two Cents-How to Improve the Guild/Suggestions] topic.
