i think you do/did a good job running the guild. Others may have done it differantly or not agreed with your ways but oh well.

I dunno, it's just too stressful having all eyes on you, waiting to see how you handle it, and if you don't do it how they expected, well....you know.
Being captain, or hell, even crew isn't what it's cracked up to be.

Being in a position of power really isnt so bad.
It's just a matter of being more Authoritative and not showing signs of being indecisive/unsure.
In other places in life when I held power/offices/leadership it really wasnt ever a problem. Hell, its like working with a dog....you have to be calm, assertive, fair and confident. If you lack any of that then you are a dead man walking.

Eh, unless a guild really needs them, crew don't do much.
And then, if the guild really does need crew, then being one isn't as fun.
