Basic Function:
Picture post topics of any kind; Tezuka centered or not (Because we all need a bit of variety)

The rules for picture posting have already been covered, but they will still be posted here:
arrow No Pictures with Adult/Rated R content.
This includes (But is not limited to) things like porn, showing of inappropriate body parts, hentai, blatant nudity of any kind, nothing overwhelmingly graphic and gory, nothing with excessive blood.
arrow If you didn't draw it, say who did. Proper credit is owed to those who made the pictures. If you don't know who made the picture, then say that the pictures aren't yours. Anything from a simple 'Not mine' to the artist's name will more than suffice. No art theft here, please.
arrow No page stretching. Do not crown a page by putting a large picture on it. Use clickable thumb nails (Photo Bucket) or links to pictures if the pictures are to big.

.:When creating a picture post thread:.
arrow Have at least 5 pictures. Tezuka media can be hard to find, but still, 5 pictures minimum. This prevents random picture post topics constantly crowding the SubForum.
arrow No more than seven to ten pictures per post. Don't have a large amount of pictures in one post. Ten is the maximum number. Please do not go over that limit.
arrow Post Pictures Directly. This means using an image code or the IMG button. The exception to this is if the picture is to large to post directly.
What would this be? Anything that creates extremely ridiculous page stretching. I trust everyone here to use their common sense on this. >.>
arrow No polls. Do not attach a poll to a picture post thread. This is not for polling or getting gold.
arrow Clearly State what it's about. Make sure your topic has a title that clearly conveys what the topic is about. For instance- if it's a Black Jack picture post, the title the thread [Black Jack pictures] or something along those lines.
arrow No repeats. No repeat threads. None at all. Make sure that your thread is the only one with it's topic. There will be an image directory when the need for it arises, so you can check there.

No posting Manga/Scanlations.
No posting links to or actual manga that fall under the categories of scanlatons or are raw files.

No topics that are pure text.
This is a picture post subforum. Comments on pictures, background info, or a short introductory paragraph are okay, but no pure text topics here.
