The large battlefield sitting before the fighters was custom designed for this battle. The entire battlefield is littered with houses fully furnished for the combatants to fight within. Everything has been made to look like a real mini village; including cable TV, real food in the fridges, and a few random weapons within the homes. Power lines branch from house to house and a few random bikes sit on a few corners. In the center of the city is a statue of Chaos standing on top of Masamune, engraved within the base of the statue it reads "This arena brought to you by Masamune's check book."
Since this is an ANBU level battle Lethal force is authorized.

Taka stood ontop of a building as he waited for Soul to show. He had a small smirk on his face. He was to fight Soul this round, and it was going to be a good match in his oppinion. "So I'm to fight Soul-kun, eh?" He checked his equipment to see if he had everything he had prepared for his fight. "This will be quite a match... I think I can win." He scanned over the area, looking at all the buildings and other things he could use to his advantage--the best that he saw in his oppinion was an old brick house. "That'll work nicely." The wind picked and tossed his black hair around, the silky strands rubbing against his face. He wanted to get this match started.

*The air picked up, moving Taka's jet black hair more than it did before. The air began to feel thinner, and it became warmer. Several houses down, a building turned to pieces as it exploded. Flames engulfed its remains. From a Taka's view, he could only see the siloet of a man infront of fire, walking with a katana in his right hand. He had ears on his head and a tail swinging. Soul now came into view, his red locks flowing in the wind as his foot steps became faster. He had a look of anger. His walking now became a run. He was heading straight for Taka, ready to sprint of the building for the boy*
You're not going to stand in my way!
I love you like a son, but i'm not gonna let some kid i taught hit Anbu before me...

Taka watched Soul as his walk became a sprint, bringing him closer and closer. 'Heh... Lets go!' Taka cracked his neck and hopped off of the building, running in head on towards Soul. While he ran, he created handseals and then pulled a pair of kama from the back of his belt. As the gap closed between the two, Taka was full of excitement. Feet apart from each other, Taka pulled his kama back and swung them so a blade would run through each side.

*The handle of his blade was red, so this was not Soul's signature gunpowder laced katana, but a gift he had recieved from Anko. His grip was tight and his eyes pierced right through his glasses right into those of Taka. They were now both vertical, Soul scaling the building and Taka decending from it. As he saw that Taka brought his kama back for an attack, Soul retracted the chakra flowing through the sole's of his feet and kicked up from the building wall. As he still came forward and Taka was still coming for him, Soul out-stretched his blade-holding arm and spun, his blade like that of a helicopter's. Chances were that Soul's forceful attack would overpower the two little hatchets that Taka had in his hands*
((As for the spinning blade thing, think of Link in Smash Bros. and his "Up, B" attack))

As Soul began to spin, Taka smirked. His plan had worked. As Soul had expected, it was enough to not only knock the kama from his hands but turn him so the blade of his katana sliced Taka's back. And thats where the handseals Taka created previously came into play... m=Mere moments after the blade struck Taka, he exploded. Taka had used a substitution jutsu and switched places with a paper bomb! Taka appeared on the ground, unharmed and whipped around, creating more handseals to use his least used style of elemental jutsu. 'Suiton - Mizu no Muchi[ Water Release - Whip of Water]...' Taka raised his right hand into the air and drew in enough water vapor to create a long whip of water. Taka had also thrown in an added bonus to the jutsu as well... Since water conducted electricity and one can be damaged by lightning much more when wet athan dry, he channeled electrical chakra into the whip, swung it back and cracked it at Soul.

*As the paper bomb exploded, Soul still spun. Because he was exerting aplenty of force, he was not dealt much damage, but he didn't escape injury. His ears folded down, they in extreme pain from having that paper bomb clone explode so close. As he was still being sent up from the expolsion, Soul stopped spinning and dug his katana into the building, stopping him from going any further. While stopping, he forced the chakra back into his feet so he may stand on the building again. He retrieved his blade and looked down towards Taka. He couldn't hear very well what the boy was saying, but he clearly saw the water whip*
Water, huh? I should have trained you more so i would have known your elements...
*Soul was not worried, but then his eyes payed closer attention. He could see that the whip was glowing within. He could see the light's movement, and saw that it was electricaly enhanced. They were now on even grounds. Taka's water techniques could counter Soul's fire techniques, but Soul's earth jutsu could counter Taka's electrical jutsu. He could now see the whip heading for him, about to crack. Soul pushed off the building, heading right over Taka's head and dodging the attack, the crack of the whip giving off the sound of crashing thunder. He too went through a chain of hand signs, knowing he'd need a jutsu to sustain being un-touched by that whip*

((Earth beats water. Not Lightning. And lightning beats earth. >.<))
Taka watched as Soul leapt over his whip and follwed him with his eyes. He spun around and ran after Soul, and once he spotted him land, he cracked the whip again. He took a glimps at his hands, noting the handseals. 'What is he doing...' Taka had assumed that what Soul was doing was preparing an Earth jutsu, as earth beat water. If Soul did perform an Earth jutsu, it would undoubtedly break the water whip, but the electricity might do some damage to the earth jutsu. If he was lucky, it would damage it enough so the jutsu couldn't harm him, but Taka didn't want to take that chance. Taking precaution, he took a big leap backwards and cancled the jutsu.

*Soul's ears had cleared up a little, so they unfolded. As they did, he heard the surging whip coming after him again. He knew Taka would attack like that again, that being why he prepared a jutsu. Soul took in a deep breath and breathed out quickly. Fire shot from his mouth and it pushed him out of the way of the whip's crack, like the force of a rocket. Soul only used this jutsu for a little to dodge the attack, so he stopped it almost immediately. He was now coming down from the air, his hair fluttering and his vest flapping. He touched down on the roof of another building, dropping to a knee. He turned to see Taka, and it seemed he retracted his jutsu*
Ah, and opening...
*Soul went through a chain of more hand signs, taking in a deep breathe and then letting it go. He took a second to build the chakra into his arms, and then he went. Soul jumped from the roof, interlocking his fingers in the air, and smashing them into the ground*
Earth Style! Dragon Tail Jutsu!
*A shockwave was sent all the way to Taka, but when it reached him, it was nothing but a little tremor; this was not the attack. Maybe thirty feet infront of Taka, the ground began to break, and from the dirt shot a large stone pillar, the head of it pointed. It shot at an angle, and it's hang-time was soon coming to a close. If Taka did not move, he'd be crushed beneath the falling force of the pillar. This was simulating the smashing tail of a dragon*

((Ugh... Soul, I've asked Chaos, Manticore, evil-chibi, and my friends DaRkShAdOw92, Ergo War, and Rebel-Hero-Arashi, all of whom agree with me that in the Naruto Universe, lightning beats earth. And I believe we are in the Naruto universe. But enough of this. The arguing about this has to stop, lest we provoke a mod to scold us...))
Taka felt the tremor, giving away that Soul had used an earth jutsu. Though the temor was small, Taka was smart enough to know to get out of the way. As soon as he saw the pillar he jumped to the side and rolled back to his feet, dodging the attack easily. With a loud crashing sound, the tail smashed against the ground, a cloud of dust kicked up, which was perfect at the moment. In the smokey cloud, Soul would not be able to see Taka create a series of handseals. When the cloud was blown away by the wind, Taka was seen holding a single handseal. A large pool of water was created underneath Soul and chains flew out from all directions, wrapping themselves around Soul and dragging him under the water. This could very well have been a water jutsu as Taka had previously used one earlier, but it was not. This was a Genjutsu Taka had learned from Gaioh's old library, Dekisui Gouben[Drowning Pool]. It created the illusion that the pool of water had been created underneath Soul and the chains had dragged him under, so in Soul's perspective, he would feel as if he is drowning and being dragged further and further down into the pool. But from Taka's perspective, Soul would just be flopping on the ground, holding his breath. If Soul didn't figure out that the jutsu were an illusion, he would hold his breath until he suffocated.

*Soul's ears twitched as he heard a rustling noise. Chains sprouted from the ground and wrapped themselves around Soul. He was in a straight jacket made of chain. He wriggled his toes and could feel liquid seeping into his open-toed ninja boots. He looked down and it seemed he'd been sinking into a pool of water that also just happened to come about. He knew he couldn't do anything that second, so he just took a deep breathe and closed his eyes. He was now completely submerged, but Soul kept calm*
Hmmmm. How am i gonna get out of this?....I got it!
*Struggling would be pointless, but his did have enough room to move his hands. His chains rustled under the water as he went through hand signs. He opened his eyes, for now he was ready. His plan was to boil the water he was in so fast that it would turn to steam and he have air to breathe. He turned his head up to the surface and screamed at the top of his lungs, as loud as he could underwater without drowning. Flames errupted from all around his body. He thought it was working, but nothing happened. He looked around and there were no bubbles from the boiling. He looked left and right, up and down, and nothing had changed*
What the...?! Oh, you sneaky little devil.
*Soul closed his eyes and made one more hand seal beneath his "chains", saying, "Cancel." He opened his eyes and saw the sky. He turned onto his hands and looked at the ground, everything around him scortched from his last jutsu. He got up to his feet and patted the soot off his clothing and hair*

In the time it took Soul to realize that he was in a Genjutsu, Taka was already working. He was running at Soul, holding a single handseal and smirking. 'Doton - Hakachi Dojou no Jutsu[Earth Release - Graveyard Soil]...' As Soul turned onto his hands, a large clay hand bursted from the ground, gripping onto Soul tightly. With the amount of force the hand came up with, the sthrength of the hands fingers squeezing Soul, and the fact that the hand had come up directly underneath him, it is possible the jutsu could have broken Souls wrists or arms.
Taka figured Soul would almost definatly have a way to escape from the cluthces of the large clay hand, so he thought on what to do next. He figured he would try to end the match here. Taka reached behind him and pulled out a spool of steel thread. He jumped onto the clay hand, hooking the wire around the front of Soul's throat, crossed his arms, and came back down, wrapping it around the rest of Souls throat. He let go of the wires for a second and created handseals. He stuck his hands near the ende of the wire and looked up at Soul. "Give up this match Soul... If I see you move, all it would take would be one touch to these wires and I'll have gravity force itself down on it, squeezing until it either chokes you to death, or chops off your head..."

*Soul looked up, his eyes showing glints of fear. His ruby red eyes were starting to fill with water. He dropped his head down and sarted to weep. It was a side of Soul that was never displayed to anyone. He looked up with wet cheeks and a sad face*
You're right. -Sniffle- You've beaten me.......
*From behind Taka, the ground shook verociously((SP?)). The shaking was becoming stronger and stronger as the seconds passed. A sound, almost like a roar, was approuching. Soul was now laughing a meniacal laugh. He looked straight into Taka's eyes with a devilish smirk on his face*
Psyche...!
*Soul's body poofed into a cloud of black smoke. When he was released from the genjutsu, he had heard Taka come for him, so he created a clone and sunk into the dirt. On his way down, he was cut by the fast moving hands, but he did get away. Now that his dodge was revealed, it attack. Like the Dragon Tail Jutsu, this too came from the ground. It exploded from the dirt several yards away. It was a life-sized head of a dragon, or atleast just the bone, completely made of stone. It's jaws were wide open and coming for Taka. It could be thought of like a giant bear trap. From a distance, Soul stood utop a building, watching Taka and his jutsu. He had his wrists touching and his fingers clawed. He was controling the skull's chomping with his hands*
Come on. I'd never cry...

Taka saw Soul's eyes well up with water. This was very strange for him to see, as Soul was one of the last people Taka would ever imagine to cry. 'The hell is he up to?' he thought to himself. Taka felt the earth quake behind him, vibrations rumbling under his feet. He heard the roaring noise and instantly realized the jutsu. Soul had used it on him once or twice before. Knowing that there was no possible way Soul could have performed this jutsu without the use of his hands, it was easily decuced that the Soul cought in the grip of the clay hands was nothing more than either a clone or substitutuion.
Taka sighed and whipped around, forgetting his original plan. Taka's palms were still circulated with chakra was he had not performed a jutsu yet, but it didn't matter. Taka would use the same jutsu he would have used anyway. He stuck his palm out and smirked. 'Souton - Reido Kakou no Jutsu [Gravity Release - Zero Fall Skill].' As the stone dragon touched Taka's palm, it was sent crumbling to the ground quickly as the forces of gravity erupted down upon it.
Taka leapt onto the closest building to him. Soul was not in sight... Where could he be? Taka didn't want to take chances of being attacked so he performed another series of handseals. "Souton - Sougon Soroi[Gravity Release - Gravity Suit]." he said quietly. This jutsu was a beefed up version of his Sougon Souheki[Gravity Barrier] technique. Instead of increasing the amount of gravity in a protective doem around his body, he activated his gravitational chakra and surged it in and out through his chakra pours, recycling the chakra if one wants to call it that. Taka began to glow a light purple as the jutsu as taken effect. Asside from the protection in provided, the jutsu had a few side-effects, some good some bad. In the "suit", physical attacks caused no harm to him and were shot ti the ground, backwards, or into to sky. Not only that, but since Taka had the chakra also channeled to the bottom of his feet, he would be able to jump greated distances as well. His speed would also be affected by this. At random points in time, Taka's speed would increase greatly, but on the other hand it also had the potential to slow him down just as much...
Taka searched and searched for Soul, finaly spotting him ontop of a building. 'There you are...' Taka pulled out his katana and jumped from his perch, soaring over buildings as he came down at Soul, katana pointed so that it would pierce through Soul's skull if he didn't move.

*Soul allowed his hands to fall at his side, feeling that his jutsu had just been destroyed. Never before had anyone ended his Dragon Jaw Jutsu, so he was a little angered, yet proud of his old pupil. He saw Taka was creeping closer, and as he did, he watched as everything he came near feel to the dirt at fast speeds*
Ah, yes. I forget he uses gravitational jutsu. That's how he destroyed my dragon skull. I guess that means i have to lay off the earth jutsu....Fine by me!
*Soul brought up his hands and went through a chain of hand signs. While doing so, he took in and let out several breaths from his mouth. He closed the eye that was normaly covered with hair and took at at Taka. In front of his face, he put his palms facing out, his index and thumb touching, and the rest of his fingers out*
You can't bring down what has no weight.
