The Orient comes together here at the grounds. All the campgrounds are connected and form into a circle around a solitary well. Again the water is enchanted, and for that matter, the well talks. Wizards are welcome to throw in coins and make a wish. Everything is decorated to look like Feudal Japan, with pagodas instead of tents. Cherry Blossoms paint the lush green grass, and the yelling and playing of children is heard to the stadium.
The Japan team may be more laid back about winning and losing, but they love to win. However, the supporters of the Orient team don't care about that, and only wish to see their team play.

Zooming around her room, discarding one item of clothing for another and then repeating the process, was Kanita Doyle's way to expel some of her excitement. This would be the first time, in a long time, that she would be seeing many of her friends from Hogwarts. Not that she hasn't tried to keep in touch while she was visiting Japan, where she took a summer internship and also where she got her Japanese Quidditch spirit. Oh no, Kani has written to many of her friends via owl posts. She knew vaguely what Dexter has been up to, though his replies were hard to concentrate on as they were usually very scattered and all over the place. Her 'friends to keep-in-touch with' list also included Kale, Ascella, Morgana, friends from her Ravenclaw quidditch team, among others witches and wizards. The odd thing was, that whenever she sent a letter to Ascella, the owl always returned unsuccessful in its search for the girl. Which meant she had absolutely no idea what happened to the former Slytherin and could only hope she was alright.
Apart from Dexter, Kani was very much excited to see Kale at the Quidditch World Cup, though she hadn't the slightest idea which side her would be one... "I'll just have to take a stroll on the opposing team's campgrounds. Perhaps I'll find a few familiar faces as well..." The thought was a nice one, for she dearly missed many of her friends, but it would have to wait til later after she set up her own tent on the Japanese Campground. Her mind drifted back to the thought of Kale. His responses to her many letters all indicated that their had been a dramatic change in him, which wasn't a bad thing. Quite the opposite, he didn't sound like the same cold, snark ex-Slytherin as he had maintainted during their school years. Her childhood friend sounded much more mature and Miss Doyle absolutely could not wait to throw her arms around him in a tight hug and find out just how much he had grown.
Of course, she couldn't wait to do the same to each of her friends. Finally, her fingers found the outfit that would be perfect for the afternoon, and she quickly shimmied into the clothes. Turning to the mirror, a small smile graced her features as she allowed herself a nod of approval at her reflection. "Perfect." The Japanese team colors were bright on her t-shirt, spiraling and constantly dancing along the fabric, as if magic, which it was. And she threw on a snug pair of faded low-rise jeans to contrast the bright, sparkling, glittering shirt. The two items of clothing didn't seem as if they should be worn together, but somehow they created the perfect look. Sticking her wand in her back pocket and mussing her wavy hair as she trounced out of her one-room apartment, Kani swiped up an old newspaper. And said newspaper had her skin tingling and stomach tightening as it swept her away from her temporary home in Japan and to the Quidditch World Cup. 'Oh the magic of Portkeys.'

Landing on the soft grassy field of the Japanese Side of the Quidditch World Cup, Evelyn moaned as she fell onto her butt. She hates portkeys. Every time she took one, either she lands on her butt or on her hands and knees. She told her parents and brothers that she would have preferred to travel by Floo anytime to anywhere if she does not need to take a portkey ever. She closed her eyes as her head felt like it was spinning. She heard laughter behind her and that made her snapped out of it. She growled slightly at her brothers, both younger and older. She does not understand how they can always land on their feet when she never does.
Ivan was already by her side picking her up. She pushed him away and grabbed her backpack. She came only to see the game and already, her day was not going the way she wanted it to be. The frown on her face was noticeable and Ivan seemed to get all worried about it. "Aw, come on Evy. You know we're not laughing at you." He walked besides Evelyn and slung an arm around her shoulders. Evelyn tried to push him away but he kept near her.
"Yea, we were laughing at you falling on your a**." Timothy teased her as he walked ahead of them. Evelyn's frown grew and she was tempted to use her wand and hex her brother. She was about to draw her wand when Ivan has already sent a color changing charm to Tim. Now his hair was changing colors every few seconds. Now Evelyn's frown was starting to turn up and she couldn't help giggling. She moved closer to her older brother giving him a small hug. He always knew how to make her smile.
They followed their parents as they went up to the people from the ministry. Evelyn was still tired from the trip on the portkey. The family was in New York when the portkey activated. So she was about 5 hours behind her normal time. It was currently around 8 in the morning at the fields but to her, it's only 3 in the morning. Ivan held onto her as she leaned against him and nearly fell asleep on him. She was about to really fall asleep when Tim gave a loud shout, surprising Evelyn, Ivan, and everyone else in the vicinity.
"What the hell!! What happened to my hair!!!" Seems he just noticed that his hair was changing colors before his eyes. The surrounding people stared at him for a good moment or two, not knowing just what to say to that. Ivan stared for a moment before giving out a loud belly laugh and everyone started to follow. Even the men from the ministry were laughing as well. Tim's face was changing from pink to apple red in seconds. Evelyn was starting to get snappy but she was happy that revenge was done.
"Maybe next time, Tim, you should not laugh at others misfortunes. Or else, Karma will come back and bite you right in the a**." Evelyn told him as she walked by him and stood by her parents. He wouldn't dare do anything to her when they're around. He was still a minor while she was old enough to use magic outside of school. Her frown has now disappear and a smirk laid in it's place. It appears her day was starting to become better.

Mellisande walked along the grass, her hair pulled up in a bright bow she'd gotten in a trip to Japan, wearing a dress that melded the Kimono with Western style robes, in Japanese colors. The underdress was pale cream with pale pink sakura flowers, the outer was a deep red with pale green leaves. The Obi was pale green with pink sakura flowers. She looked around for her friends, curious as to how they did. She'd Apparated in with her family, and had her own tent this time. She'd gotten it set to her liking. If she saw anyone, she intended to invite her friends in for a long chat, since it was lovely.
