I figured I would introduce you guys to a new, stat based, semi-literate to literate based Naruto
roleplay forum. It is open, and mostly functional. It is in need of new, creative members to help out with creation
of customs to make the site come alive. By customs I mean, custom jutsu, customs Kekkai Genkai (blood limits), etc.
